This website is a total scam. Do not waste your money! All the profiles are fake. I went to visit a woman in medellin, colombia and instead of setting up the date she was more interested in keeping me on the site buying credits to chat. I report this to better business bureau in the USA and to department of justice because this site does break USA laws

I realized this when it cost me more than $20 (50 credits) to view a picture a woman sent me on the site.
This, in conjunction with, the fact that the site charges an ungodly per minute rate to chat with women, which would cost hundreds of dollars per week if someone were to actively chat everyday with women on the site.
Then, when the woman who I was chatting with told me she was crying after I told her I wasn't going to stay on the site because of the extreme cost, after only one day of us chatting, which I found quite theatrical, I smelled a rat.
She was adamant about me staying on the site so we could talk every day and get acquainted.
But after I gave her my phone number, to reduce the cost of our chats, she was diligent about trying to persuade me to communicate with her exclusively on the site with no regard for the extreme cost per minute it cost to chat on the site and the $20 cost to view the picture she sent is when it became clear that she was working for the site.
No reasonable woman interested in a guy would expect him to incur such expense while getting acquainted with her. Particularly when there are free alternatives to chat online.
But that is all the women on LA-Date seem interested in: Keeping you on the site with the meter running while you spend a fortune chatting with them; which is why I call LA-Date a bonified scam website. Because it is.
You can actually buy a plane ticket and travel to see a woman in Latin America, in person, for what you would pay for a month chatting on LA-Date.
Chatting, online, on a dating website, should cost about 20 to 50 bucks a month, depending on the site. Not $30 to $40 every couple few hours.
Buyers beware.

This Web site popped up some where and I checked out the link. All these beautiful women are sending my messages. You get 20 Free Credits just to join. Then if you try to buy some credits they charge you $3.50 for a hanfull. All these beautiful women write you e-mails and send you messages. Their messages and letters look rather fake. I doubt many of them can even speak English. If you Speak Spanish you have a huge advantage. Renew and get 155 more credits for $59. 99. 10 credits to look at a photo. 50 credits to watch a video made by the lady. 10 credits to reply so many credits per minute to chate live but no video.

Beautiful latinas of all ages, but the site is very expensive and the girls seem primed to push your use of the site. When you ask for their number (pretty common to give out phone numbers in Latin America), the generic reply is they want to know you better; if you persist, the next level of response is that they don't have a cell phone. Have the feeling that the messaging is handled by a third party - the English is too good and the questions too dating-site canned. Mostly girls (beautiful) from Colombia but the cost is too high and the chances of getting beyond the talking stage seem very restricted. I spent about $100 in just a few hours and had the chance to speak with many willing chicas (or computer bots, who knows), but it never got beyond the "let's keep talking stage" - I wish someone would prove me wrong but I think it's a scam. I am a lawyer living in Venezuela and wanted to meet someone from here - there are chicas on the site but even with chicas from my home town, never a phone number even though it's easy to get a number here. Makes me suspect a scam. Not comfortable including my proof of purchase but be careful with this site.

This site is quite expensive when you consider that you have to use a few credits to send each message. A monthly fee would be much better, especially given the fake accounts that are present in this site. While it's impossible to have no fake accounts on a site, it is troublesome when u consider the high cost of each wasted message. Also I believe the site has a hand in these fake accounts. I remember conversations with 3 different accounts that I felt were the same person. After carefully placed questions I came to the conclusion that is was the same person pretending and while good made mistakes that made it quite clear. Other times I felt like it was A. I. speaking and it becomes quite clear when you get the same response when asking carefully taught out questions. The final detail that made it quite clear this site is a scam to try to steal money from people was when you try to delete the account. You cannot just simply delete the account like you would in any other lawfully run site. You have to give your info and agree not to pursue and legal action against the site. If they were truly running things truthfully and with integrity, then there would be no reason for them to require you to forfeit your rights to take legal action against them. Be very careful with this site. I do not recommend this site in any way. You can see below the email were they required me to forfeit my rights to take action to delete my account which is ridiculous.

La-date.com came up on my feeds so I signed up and go into a familiar screen page. Same as Valentine, Bravodate and a few others. Once my profile was added with 20 minutes I had ladies from 20 messaging me, great but they weren't online! Somebody was feeding them in.
