The product I purchased was quite different than what I received. I was missing pieces for 1/3 of the ceiling lights I ordered. My licensed electrician had trouble figuring out how to install because the directions didn't even include allegedly "optional" pieces that didn't seem optional at all. These "optional" pieces weren't even in the photos on the website, but were absolutely required in the instructions for installation. Confusing to say the least. I love shopping online, but won't be buying anything from this website again.

I do love the look of my new lights. Unfortunately one of them was scratched when it arrived. The representative offered me $25 to keep the light and because I was on a time crunch I accepted the offer.

I had trouble putting my lamp together and thought I would have to return it. I finally called customer service expecting mouthing. The woman that talked to me tried to help and the called someone else to describe my problem. That person immediately knew what I was saying and told me what to do!
