I bought a hard-to-find replacement LiPo battery pack for my Linx 14" Tesco-branded laptop (similar to a Teclast). The photo shows how swollen the old battery pack had become!
The replacement battery pack was despatched quickly and, although it was slightly delayed in the Christmas post, the Laptop Parts Shop responded quickly to my query about it. The battery arrived in perfect condition, having been very well wrapped (with bubble wrap, foam in a cardboard box, all inside a large envelope. Make sure you ask for the right variant for your laptop, so that all the screw holes are in the correct places. The battery charged up nicely and the laptop is as good as new now.

My razer blade stealth battery failed, and I found no suppliers to send it to me. Not only Laptop Parts Shop had the piece in stock, once I placed the order, they reached out to me to explain how they would send it, and they also had it shipped WAY FASTER than I anticipated. I now have the power of mobility thanks to their agility, precision, and care. The packaging had its own little box of surprises: I have never seen a computer part so we'll packaged (bubble envelope, bubble wrapping, cardboard box, more bubble wrap, some foamy paper, then styrofoam, then the static proof wrapp, and then the battery). Was pleasantly surprised throughout the process.
The battery is very easy to be broken, so we packed very carefully for every parcel.
I was a bit sceptic as this was my first order from them, but everywhere else the price was double and together with the price of transport on other sites I would be better off with buying a new laptop.
I was surprised to receive DHL message after a few days from placing the order. The received package was opened, and on my surprise, I found EXIT sign inside (picture included). Send an email thinking that some huge mistake was made in delivery, but shortly, even the time difference is 8 hours, I received a very polite answer that for security purposes the battery was packed inside the sign.
I opened the sign and there it was my brand new battery. The Asus Zenbook laptop is already happy, working with the fully charged battery.

Very well packaged and arrived very quickly! I was actually not expecting it to be packaged as it was and thought I was sent the wrong part. I emailed them and they responded very quickly. Turns out it was just a misunderstanding on my part. Battery works great! Would buy from them again.

I bought a replacement battery for a Macbook pro. I had some issues installing it (not any cause of the battery I received) and the response from Laptop Parts shop was very quick and their offer to replace the battery very honourable. Fortunately, I found the error (a connector that disconnected while I replaced the base of the laptop) and I cancelled their replacement. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again in a heartbeat.
