I ordered a $1.95 form on 2/28/25. I cancelled within the 7 day window but was charged $49.90 on 3/7/25. My credit card company flagged it. I went on their site tonight and cancelled again. I filed an online complaint with LawDistrict and a dispute with my credit card. With so many reviews saying this same situation, LawDistrict obviously doesn't want to change their somewhat deceptive practices.

I was scammed by this company. My bank alerted me to a charge. I put my card on hold called the company immedetialy. Explained that I did not want this membership. She told me my account was cxl and my card was not charged. I then took the lift off my card! And I was immediately charged. I explained this to the girl. She said I was wrong! I called back talked to another call center over seas! That told me I was crazy that it was cxl. I explained to her that the account was still active until 3/14/2025 she told me I was wrong! I don't want this service at all. I want my money. Now I am going to have to cxl the card.

I needed a bill of sale and paid the $1.95. Somehow, hidden somewhere, you agreed to continue the "subscription" for $39.90 per month. Chase called us 4 months later to inform us of a fraudulent charge on our credit card. The scam is so widespread Chase caught on to them. So, I ended up paying $160.00 for a bill of sale.

I bought 1 document for $1.95 and cancelled. They have been charging me for TWO years, $39 a month. I've been back and forth with them and have had to cancel my card AND fill out fraudulent charges. When I called, they said too bad, you signed up for a monthly charge. They are awful. Don't use this company unless you want to go through canceling your card. I am filling out a better business bureau report. I'm livid mad.

I called the customer service number and explained to the representative that I was charged $1.95 for service and then $39.90 as well. I told the representative that I would like to cancel and not receive a charge since I canceled on the 7th day. The representative proceeded to tell me that the card was already charged for $39.90 and will not be refunded. The representative told me the subscription was canceled but when I followed up on the website it wasn't, so I proceeded to cancel this subscription. Please use caution when using this service. I also see other reviews where this company continued to charge people after subscription was canceled.
