I paid for the 7-day plan because I only needed 1 document. They charged me $39.00 3 more times before my bank caught it and notified me!
Do not purchase the 1.95 plan or any plan! They will charged u 39.90 after every month when u only sign up for a 7 day access because usually you only need a document for 1.95 yeah that's a steal. But no if you do not cancel it they will charge u 40$ every month. I was charged 160$ without noticing it. FOR ONE DOCUMENT! Not okay what so ever.

Beware! This company will start charging you a $39.90 subscription immediately after your 7 day free trial (which isn't free - it's $1.95 and a clever way for them to get your credit card info). I saw the charge on my bank account on 5/5 and immediately cancelled, and a message popped up saying it would be cancelled on June 3 and I would have to pay for May! Deceptive rip-off!

I created a bill of sale. That worked fine. I didn't cancel my subscription and I was charged a monthly fee of $39.95. Customer service person was not concerned that I was being charged for a service which I forgot to cancel. No empathy or suggestion of waiving fee. Not a customer friendly experience.

However, it was unclear that I was signing up for an ongoing account that they charged $33 a month for. That was only stated paragraphs down in Terms and Conditions. I didn't catch it for 7 months and when I did they refused to refund me my money. What a rip off. I would NEVER recommend them.

They tell you $1.95 for a week. They do not communicate that they will begin charging you $40 per month right away. They charged me twice before I got my first statement and caught on. Luckily we use Citi credit cards and they are very good about fraud protection and will fight this for us. But if this would have been on a lesser credit card or worse yet a debit card, you would just be out a min of $80 for what you thought would be $2 Just avoid these places and use Chat GBT. It is as likely to be accurate for what you need an totally free.

Be careful, very shady. They advertise $1.95 for 7 days and then charge your credit card $39.90. Called the 855 number and now they have to submit a request to finance that takes 2 days. Extremely disappointing!
