Measurement process very easy, jeans perfectly sized and well made in high quality leather. Customer service very helpful.
Jacket was design as expected except that the lapels will not lay flat against the chest of the jacket. Having to massage each lapel in order to break them in. It's going to take awhile to break them in. I may only wear this Jacket four or five times a year so you see the problem.

These are the most comfortable pants I own and they look sick, they did come with a broken belt loop but that is understandable considering these are made to order

The coat I received was just as described very nice just one problem it arrived without the belt and belt loops 😔 I contacted through email the right person and they offered to correct the mistake by sending me the belt and hopefully the loops. I will have to go to my local tailor and spend more money to complete the look.
The leather jacket is of good construction and high quality leather, but the fit is bad. I entered my custom measurements so that the jacket would fit me properly, but it is too small around the chest and in the arms. It is so tight that I cannot zip up the jacket all the way and clasp the buttons at the top without struggling. I emailed the company about the fitting issues but they took no responsibility for cutting a jacket that was too small. When I asked in an email why the jacket does not fit, they responded "It's important to understand that every company has its own measuring and tailoring standards, which can vary significantly from brand to brand. Consequently, you may need to make some adjustments to your current measurements." I suppose if I wanted to get jacket that fits I would need to order multiple jackets and just discard the ones that don't fit. They offer no return policy. They did offer 15% off my next order, but that is too small of a discount for additional orders to be worth doing. They also offered no specific guidance on how I could enter custom measurements to ensure that the jacket would fit.
Excellent service from ordering to delivery and receiving a very well made garment. It was very well packaged and a joy to open and see the quality workmanship used to make this jacket.
