The popper button on men's trousers is faulty. Kuhl's customer service dept acknowledge that there is a problem ("sometimes the piece can be defective and we are more than happy to repair them for you and replace the snap closure with a functioning piece. We are aware of this problem and are moving future lines away from the snap button, but at the moment we still have some of our models fitted with this closure system). YET THEY STILL SELL THEM, KNOWING THEY'RE FAULTY!
