All my tshirts i buy from. Macys or jcpenny. Collars need more fabric or so. Ething so they wont lookworn out or strecthed out. I hate it. I wash them put softener but the collar wsys loose. Im 5 1ft. I weigh 152. My stomach is not the problem. Or my neck. Its the collar. All around. Levi still expensive. But love the jeans
This company makes you contact THEM to get a proper amount refund as outlined in their return policy. Their ongoing so called "innocent" mistake no doubt nets them millions of dollars annually. I don't believe for one second it's a rare glitch.

1. Ik vraag om hulp voor het kopen van een broek, sta vervolgens binnen 5minuten buiten met een broek waarvan ik bij thuis komst merk dat hij totaal niet zit.
2. Ik wil de broek de volgende dag terugbrengen, maar kan alleen een tegoedbon krijgen. Er bestaat zoiets als een herroepingsrecht, maar Levis denkt zich hier niet aan te hoeven houden.
3. Ik wil de bon online besteden vanwege de lockdown maar dit kan niet? Na lang smeken maken ze dan uiteindelijk een uitzondering.
4. Ik koop een nieuwe broek online, maar ook deze zit niet.
5. Ik wil deze broek terugbrengen bij een fysieke winkel zodat ik hem gelijk om kan ruilen voor een nieuwe, maar ik krijg te horen
Dat ik deze broek alleen maar bij een DHL punt kan omruilen en kan hem dus niet omruilen voor een nieuwe broek.
6. Ik stuur de broek terug bij een DHL punt en wil vervolgens een nieuwe broek bestellen maar nu doet mijn code het niet meer en Levis heeft niks laten weten over een eventuele nieuwe code.
Wat een dieptrieste bedoeling is het zeg, fiks je processen alsjeblieft een beetje. Jullie doen echt maar wat namelijk
Sizing for every pair of jeans is different. I have the same exact style and same size and length in all pairs i have only have one that fits how they should the others are way bigger than a 32 more like a 34-36. Should update your sizing chart or make them the size their suppose to be. Overall i love your jeans just can't ever order the right size online cause they are all different. Shouldn't matter if they are slim, straight or bootcut the waist should be the same regardless
Just a decent pair of jeans with a perfect fit. Color stays the same after several washes and does not fade.
The material is extremely soft and flexible, which is something that other brands of jeans neglect.
Feels really comfortable. That is why this is my favourite brand of all time.
I'm nearly 60 yrs old. I have worn Levi's 501 Jean's all of my life. And most of it. Had me believing they made the best quality products a hard working man can count on.

Recently after purchasing 4 new pair. For the most money I ever spent in the past.
2 new pair ripped up the back when I bent over. They are ruined. I'm a thin man. I dont wear them tight. The quality has just gone south over the years. So disappointing I loved this company.
Their customer service was excellent! I was able to get on chat and talk to someone within 30seconds at 10am on a Sunday. I was having troubling returning an exchange (sizing wasn't working) and they ended up letting me keep the pants as a courtesy and refunding the full amount. Hands down the best service I have ever had (even the initial exchange process was intuitive and easy!).
This is the last pair. Every pair fades or falls apart within 6 months. The quality is getting so crappy. No more Levi for me I guessing
I've had horrible experiences each of the last 2 years with online ordering from Levis but fell for $100 selvedge jeans. Ordered 36x30 and received 30x30... but the worst part was one less button on the button fly. Unbelievable the lengths clothing manufacturers will go to in order to increase margin.

Levi is the worst online service would not recommend ordering anything from them no communication after a product being backed order but made sure to take a payment with not confirmation email nor that the idem was back ordered I would NEVER order anything from here or recommend anyone to order anything from this unorganized company
I am 46 and these levi's make me look 26. I had no alternation done to my body. I feel extremely sexy and my husband, well you know the rest!
If you only buy it without return or exchange. It would be okI guess?
But if anything goes wrong with the order and you would like to return or exchange it then wait to get played over and over.
I was exchanging one order because I need to get a smaller size. I received an email telling me to use the FedEx QR code in a selected walgreens. And apparently the QR code isn't accepted in there. So I called the customer service that the option they gave is false. Then without me agreeing on anything the customer service cancel my exchange and made it to returning? Wtf? What kinda customer service is this? Playing customers like they are jokes? I hope no one else gets played like that. It's disgusting. I'm telling my friends and families not to ever shop at levi.com. That's very unacceptable. Nasty customer service and shopping experience. :(

Levi's denied posting my Review on there site because i feel like all jobs that are open during the pandemic are essential not just nurses and teachers. Most teachers with even be teaching during the upcoming school term because of the caronavirus so why are they offered a discount. It's been a week since my order
I have placed online orders prior to placing this order & they've been shipped out and received. This order has been processing for five days now. I should've took my business elsewhere. How long is it going to take to ship? If you made shipping a priority oppose to giving "essential" workers a discount I'd have my mask already
