I have been ordering from Lima Beads for years and have never been disappointed. They carry high quality products with the best prices around along with many hard to find items. The shipping is pretty fast and always packed with care. They are by far my favorite jewelry making supply shop and their customer service is excellent.

I have shopped several beading sites over the years and Lima Beads is by far my favorite. The website is amazing-size photos of every item, color variance, suggested projects are favorite features. You can search by color or shape. Photos are clear and detailed. Shipping is prompt and clearly packaged and labeled to match the invoice. Every item I have ordered has been top quality.

They have great products and great customer service. What more can you want? I will definitely be buying from them again.

I have been ordering from lima beads for over a year now and they have a great selection of glass beads and gemstone beads. They also have great customer service if you have a question. I would recommend to other jewelry makers.

I originally ordered two of each item, so I could special order earrings for my customers. When they arrived, pairs did not match and I was upset however, when I notified the company, they explained that unless items are sold as a pair they will always be a variance in one item versus the other. Now does that I understand the situation I will only order items by the pair. Lima beans offered me free return shipping on the items I was dissatisfied with, and I am very happy with the customer service. I will definitely order from them again.

I've been shopping with Lima Beads for many years. They have prompt and friendly customer service and are quick to communicate regarding any questions or problems. I am writing this review during the COVID-19 pandemic, and, although they are taking longer to ship orders, they are communicating clearly about what customers should expect. I've also reached out with questions about product availability and received a quick response. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews--that has not been my experience at all. I highly recommend Lima Beads!

They are the best when it comes to gemstone strands and pendants. Customer service is AAA, just talk it through with them and they'll work it out until you're satisfied. They have picked up some great big and small companies to partner with. And their team of people in the warehouse are good at matching strands to pendants, etc. They make you feel important on every step of the process. They run the best marketing promos and sales! Hands down my favorite go to, for all of my creative jewelry needs!

I have been a customer for a few years. They carry quality merchandise at reasonable prices, offer discounts, give the the customer the option to select one of their charities to which they donate exclusive of your order. I have not found any other company who does this. Their customer service is beyond excellent-from product questions, to returns (which are incredibly easy), to refunds. Shipping charges are quite low and promptly shipped, website very easy to navigate.
Those reviews complaining about lack of phone number, email option is much more efficient. Keep in mind difficulty of taking pictures of products and how colors appear on computer screens-if not happy, returns are VERY EASY and the customer does this for themselves on the site.
