Ordered table linen 2 weeks before my event to allow for late delivery. I paid for 2 business day Home delivery. 9 business days later (11 total) I still do not have my order and on my account it says it has not even been pulled. When you try to call, email or instant chat with them, no one answers you! The processing and warehouse departments are slow or none existent, however the payment processing department is quick and "johnny on the spot". Payment came out of my account in one day! I finally did talk to someone who told me they had a new computer system and were having trouble with some orders. Katie was going to check on mine and she promised to call me back with details. Never heard back from her or any one else! I am cancelling order today - but I bet I don't receive my refund in one day!
