The service I had even thoughthe company is not in my country was exceptional Although I felt the postage a little steep but as. Yet I have not received the package but it is not the company's fault. So far they are good!.

Automatic refill service for adult diapers is a great help and a real time saver! The price is also terrific.
Great product. Inner pants were a little looser than expected as I followed the size chart. No english directions on best way to wash and dry. No english directions on what to wear under the inner pants for a person completely incontinent.
I need something to prevent leaks. These briefs did very well. LL Medico had great service and timely shipping.
Sizing conversion is incorrect wrote twice did not get any answer. Very poor service

I was on their website and realized that I lived about 5 miles away. I had a trip to take that evening, so I called and asked if my order could be filled that day so I could pick it up. The pleasant lady I spoke with on the phone (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) said it was no problem. They had it ready in 2 hours. I was met at the door with my order and and a nice smile and handshake. I was very happy with the product, but the service is why I will continue to use LL Medico.

Ordered size large for my mother the underwear that came said size large but were huge. And I cannot return them. What a waste of time and money. How ridiculus!

It is stated in our return policy that any opened items can not be returned due to the sensitive nature of our products. You'll find the same policy across most of our competitors. It is also noted on the product page that "These plastic incontinence pants have extra volume since they are designed to be a waterproof cover for cloth or disposable diapers." along the dimensions of the product (size chart).
