Loved that the staff was very responsive in letting me know that the order would be separated when shipped. Had a hand written note as well, which was a great personal touch. Like in the pervious sentence above. I'm 25 and due to an accident in high school I have no control over my bladder. So finding these products and the quick shipping help with when I need to get a quick supply ready and available. But to anyone who's suffers from this in genetics or other ways like me know that it doesn't matter, no one cares that your in a diaper! Just be confident and people will just look at you for you not based on what your wearing.

LOVE the material and the fit. Definitely keep you dry outside, but I don't really like feeling wet inside.

This product has been wonderful for my father who suffers from dementia. Straps slide down his leg and were very bothersome since he didn't remember he had a catheter. This product has solved that problem and helped to keep him comfortably mobile. I would recommend highly. I bought 8! I had some questions and customer service response time was very fast.

I have bought diapers and accompanying items from many online retailers. All were good, but delivery time was several days to a week. Yes, they were in the Midwest and West, but LLMedico is nearby in Flourtown, and delivery is quick. Their pricing is good and selection of products fills my need adequately. I highly recommend them to anyone who may be wondering about ordering.
Its easy to comment when it all goes right but when it goes wrong this company still comes through. I received the wrong product in my delivery. When I notified them I was sent the correct items the very next day. They also arranged pick up for the incorrect items. I didnt have to worry about a thing. This company makes me feel like Im their only customer.

Beware! LLMedico uses USPS to ship their products. If you do not receive your parcel, they will not reimburse you. Instead, they request you work with USPS which requires you to fill out an indepth insurance claim form. I did this and was told that the parcel was delivered. It may have been delivered some where, but not to my home. I'm out $42.00 and have lost a great deal of time trying to rectify this issue.
We shipped the package out via USPS and the package showed as delivered. I'm sorry, but this is not an issue that we can resolve since it is in USPS's hands. This is why we insure our packages. I'm sorry for the hassle but unfortunately, there was nothing we could do after shipping the package and it showing as delivered. Thanks.
