Ordered glass at the store for more than 3 weeks order show still show pending online. Called multiple time to CS on hold for 30-40 mins. Each time. All they can do was leave messages to store but no call back. Finally connected to the store with the CS and I was told glass delivered to store 10 days ago. Yet, never received call or notification from them. The store said " you can complain to CS all you want is out of our hands". My whole family us this place for 5 years. Wow never coming back.
