Spent $69 on 3 very awful logos. Tried to extort $1135 to register some pretty bad logos. Assuming AI. Supposedly reporting me to federal.

I had someone called Joseph them Chris Chris did not return my phone call or emails he claims he did what I order and there were mistakes on the design I call and email and he did not respond please do not work with this company, they call you evetime to get your business then they disappear. They DO NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS I am disputing with my credit card. Please be CAREFUL BEWARE

They advertised logos for $29. Then they charged me $59. I can live with that but it was a logo I had mocked up for them. At every turn they tried to upsell me.
Now they refuse to provide what I paid for without another $749. Frauds PS< invoice # LG-*******

Dido on all the negative reports provided. They get you a good deal on the logo, then they give you a mediocre logo thinking they did an amazing work for you and then they try to sell you other services at a much higher price. I made the mistake of letting them do the TM of the logo they created which after few weeks they did not file the application with USPTO and tried to get more money for Publication service which comes included with the TM application with USPTO. They charged me for 4 App filing when I found they filed it for only one. They forwarded me the confirmation email USPTO send once an application is submitted, but they edit it by removing some info. I was able to dispute the charge/service with my Credit Card company and they refunded me. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I had the pleasure of working with Robert from Logo Genies. I am really happy with the final design for my brand! Paid these people to design a very simple logo, while literally giving them all of the required elements. All they had to do was arrange it in a proper manner and pick a color scheme. Took them 5 days to get back to me with an initial concept, even though they've promised 48 hours. It is very difficult to get a hold of anybody as far as customer service is concerned, and before they connect you to a person they ask you how much you paid for the logo. The login information for the site was broken. I couldnt log in to the website to reach out to the designer or to evaluate the concepts being worked on. After the initial contact with a supervisor by the name of Keith Fernandez, i was left to wait another several days without any news updates. Ive asked these people to at least fix the login situation or to send me the reset link via email. 3 days in a row the guy promised it was going to be done, the opposite was true however. They have too many excuses and not enough execution. The price was attractive but they lack in every KPI imaginable as far as customer service is concerned. - Pavel S.

Horrible experience, they use US phone numbers to redirect calls to India and use western fake names. They should be reported to a crime database for money laundering and duping US customers.

Dooo not use this company they are a joke there are better ones out there that will do a better Job on your company

This group of people are as fake as there good reviews. Just Google them if your even considering using them. They use fake English names and will rob you blind

They are your best friend when they want your credit card. They make false promises, and false claims on their refund policy. Horrible company. Steer clear

UPDATED REVIEW: They sent rebuttal documents to my credit card company and FRAUDULENTLY fabricated email responses from me. I am going to the local authorities and FTC to report this.

I made a purchase after being tricked by a live agent to buy their logo creator. After going through 1 revision from their team, I realized they were unprofessional, and not good at building logos. I went to cancel, and also was not going to pursue due to other things I needed to work out, and they started making up other reasons why I couldn't cancel. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is not 100%, they lie and cheat and defraud users and won't refund.

BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM...

I initially contacted this company to get a logo and trademarking done, at first they were quite impressive with their scam and lies that I seriously fell for it.

This company is not legit. They are not in Walnut, CA since I had someone drive out there to verify and this business is non existent! They take your credit card information, charge it and never refunds.

I have screenshots of the conversations I have with the bogus names or people in the company named Ethan Stevenson, Liam Cohen, Ryan Davis.

We trusted this company based on the reviews, unfortunately I got scammed! They also worked with a company in Los Angeles called Creative Company, someone in the name of Robert Jackson who claimed to be a lawyer and cannot verify his information and refused to give out his license for verification. I called USPTO and had him on 3 way and he got busted for scam.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I tried a lot of other agencies for my logo, but none of them did a better job than Logo Genies. I'm happy that they were able to bring my concept and idea to life. A group with a great deal of promise and innovation. Logo Genies is a company that I strongly suggest.
