I paid in full for a logo and web site and hosting every thing was going well then the stoped communication no response to phone calls emails face book or direct chat on web site AVOID at all costs they did have 100 percent positive reviews now only 82 percent pay pal retrieved my money

I have been back and forth with this company for a year. They originally charged me $350 to get a trademark on my business name and logo. They sent me a fraudulent certificate with the USPTO stamp and directors signature. Nothing has been submitted to the USPTO and I can't get ahold of Steve, Chris or David. This is after they charged my card illegally prior to this encounter and I thought we had a solution that was in both of our favors. Guess not.
