Update 1Aug2020, I do not recommend ordering from this website/company although I did receive my package today. This is my original review from 28Jul2020: Emailed the company as the tracking link has not been updated since 10Jul2020(as of 28Jul2020). I used their e-mail address link to e-mail them and it bounced back to me. I also tried to chat with them online but that isn't working. Last attempt was to call them(called the US # on web site 844 338 *******@10:15 am EST time), the auto message stated"No support agents are available to take your call...") if it is an US number it should have agents available at this time.
Wonder if this company is a fraud?

Ordered$70+ dollars for a Christmas present for my daughter on Dec. 10,2016. They charged my card, sent me a confirmation of order. NEVER received the items. I contacted them twice. First time they wanted ME to contact my post office to check on the order. Tracking after weeks said it never left China. So I contacted them again because they said they would either reorder at no cost to me with express shipping or give me a refund. I chose to reorder. Still nothing. They said I would get an email within a day of the reorder and shipping. Tried again today to get with them... no one is answering me. I want my refund. I have pics of our conversations. They have to be scam artists. Please DO NOT order from this "company"... they are no such thing.

I heard about this company online and decided to take a chance with it. I ordered a 2-piece floral navy set (called the Floral Print Co-ord Set on their website). I fell in love with it and decided for the price why not. They mentioned it was going to take 10-12 business days to arrive and it did arrived on time. When I opened my package it was nothing what I expected it to be. First, what I ordered was suppose to be in a size 2; WHAT I RECEIVED DID NOT EVEN LOOK REMOTELY LIKE A SIZE 2. The top was flying on me and the bottoms which looked like a skirt online ended up being shorts. I definitely considered that aspect to be poor advertising on LookBook Store's behalf. I called for a return and they told me I have to ship it back myself. WHAT company (even if its international) requires customers to take additional money out of our pockets to return an item. So I go to my local post office to see how much they would charge me to ship it back and they said I would have to pay close to $15-20 for international shipping and that the package would have no tracker for me to look into it. Since it would also not be priority mail the package could take up to 2-3 weeks to get there; I thought it wasn't worth doing since what I ordered was $29. Now I lost $29 thanks to LookBook Store. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Don't waste your time even if they have items that look appealing.

I purchased a black dress from here that looked beautiful on the website but when I received it, it looked nothing like what I'd seen online. I wish I could upload a pic of it so ppl can see the horrible quality of the clothes. Their clothes is made of cheap material and way over priced for what they're actually selling. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed because I was very excited to wear this dress for my 9 year anniversary dinner. I tried sending it back, but it was going to cost way too much to, so unfortunately I am stuck with a dress I will never use. Please save your money and don't buy from here!

I purchased 3 articles of clothing from the LookBook Store... 2 dresses and 1 coat. I would advise everyone against buying the Camel Draped Open-Front Long Coat. The coat I received was very different than the one that is pictured. The colour, fit, and quality are all different and very poor. The 2 dresses I purchased however are both great and they arrived looking exactly like the pictures. I was happy with the delivery time as well considering the company ships from China. I live in Canada and received my package around 8 business days after it shipped out.

The lookbook store has amazing customer service. They have a very reliable online chat system. After I placed my order I had second thoughts about the size I chose for one of my dresses. I contacted the store via the chat system about half an hour later and the representative immediately updated my order to reflect the new size I wanted.

In terms of the coat, I decided to return it because I could not see any way to make it look nice. It is very pricey to send a package from Canada to China and I was very unhappy that I had to pay for return shipping for a product that was misrepresented and completely different from the advertised pictures. I felt it was only fair that the lookbook store should pay for half of my return shipping and they agreed to do so. However, since the coat was so misrepresented I really did expect my entire return shipping cost to be covered without me having to ask.

I will most likely purchase from the lookbook store in the future but I will probably limit my purchases to dresses and jewelry. I am kind of worried that my items will not be the same as those pictured but I am willing to give them another chance.

I have bought from them 3 times so far, and each time the clothing came as described. Being that it is coming from China, I feel like the clothing comes in a reasonable amount of time. Like most clothing that comes from China, the clothing is usually cheaply made and look nothing like the pictures. I have not had that experience through this site so far, but that was what I was afraid was going to happen. It is a tad bit more expensive than other Chinese clothing sites but at least I know I'm going to get what is in the picture.

I purchase two items from this company, at the time of purchase I couldn't find anywhere that said the warehouse was in China. Clothing arrived promptly, however, it was cheaply made and didn't look like the pictures because clothing didn't hang correctly due to cheap fabric. The zipper on the one item didn't work. They are willing to refund your money, but you have to pay for shipping and that is more expensive than the clothing to begin with. Very sorry I purchased from this company. They need to highlight the fact that the clothing comes from China!

The clothes are ridiculously overpriced for the quality, I have found that the vast majority of the stuff found there are sold in dresslink.com and other chinese websites for much much less, you are litterally wasting your money into thinking you buy quality mearchandise at this price range but you are not. If you don't believe me hers is the proof:

All of the reviews with high ratings are fake. I purchased two dresses from Lookbook and I will never purchase any items from them again. I can purchase better quality clothes from Burlington at a reasonable price versus Lookbook. One of my dresses had a rip in the lace portion and the rest of the dress was made out some thin piece fabric similar to a dress slip (very sheer and thin) I could literally see through the material. The second dress didn't fit right do to poor stitching and the material is cheap not worth $30; more like $6 quality. I have dresses from forever21 that cost me $16 with better quality. Lookbook is a rip off and I am scared to order from other online sites due to my horrible experienc. Don't shop with them I am in the process of filing a claim against them. I honestly believe they have kindergarten kids making their clothes. I am posting this to save others from making the mistake I made.

I have been a customer of LookbookStore.co for about a year now and have found their clothes to be excellent value, true to size, with styles to suit the larger ladies of this world without feeling frumpy. Delivery is always excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and everyone!

I'm a college student so I'm always on a budget. LookbookStore.co is my favorite place to shop because they have the most amazing stylish clothes that do not cost an arm and a leg. Whenever I have an occasion coming up or just need new stuff I go there first. They pretty much always have what I'm looking for. The site is super easy to use and navigate through. The shipping is quick which I love because I'm extremely impatient to get my stuff. The customer service is great as well, I once mixed up the digits while putting in the address and had to contact them to get it fixed; they did so very promptly and courteously. Overall, it's a great company I'm happy to do business with, highly recommend them!

I love lookbook store! Since they are an online store I called customer service in order to make sure that I was ordering the correct sizes. The operator was super friendly and very helpful. After ordering my package, the shipping was extremely fast since it came all the way from China to the United States. The jumpsuit that I ordered is lovely and I receive many compliments. Will definitely be ordering from them in the future!

This is my first time writing a rant about how bad the clothes from this company are. The only good thing I can say about this company is that shipping is indeed fast. Clothes from Beijing arrived in Canada in 4 days. However, the clothes that I got were not like the pictures displayed on the website AT ALL. I got a white sweater and a beige (or as the website shows) cardigan/jacket. The white sweater was so small that I could barely even fit in it and looked like it was made for a kid. The picture on the website and the dimensions showed that it was supposed to be a baggy and loose fitting sweater but it was so small that it was above my hips. The beige cardigan/jacket I got was incredibly thin and wasnt even beige, it turned out to be a salmon pink colour. The picture on the website showed that the jacket or as I would call it now a "cardigan" would be thick and would be worn outside but it turned out to be so soooo thin.

Also, when I live chatted with the customer service to ask about the sizing before buying the clothes, all they said to me was to look at the sizing chart. I kept asking if the dimensions I showed (my own dimensions) with them are right for me, but the lady just kept saying "look at the sizing chart". How rude.

Please think twice before buying products from this store.

Lookbook Store has really great sales! I’m on a budget, but you can find adorable clothes in their Under $10 section. I bought a pair of Black Floral Crochet Shorts and just got them in a couple days ago and they’re absolutely adorable! I almost bought a pair that was really similar in the store, but they cost twice as much and didn’t look as good as these. I wore them out yesterday and got tons of compliments on them – everybody wanted to know where I got them. I’ll definitely be visiting their sale section again when I have a few extra bucks to spare!

Not only do they have amazing clothes, but customer service is outstanding. I ordered a dress that was a little too small and needed to exchange it, and they went above and beyond to help me. I've never had an exchange that was that easy before, and the dress was perfect once I got the size that fit me! I've ordered several other things since then, and they're all better than the last. Prices are great, customer service is great, clothes quality is great - definitely worth 5 stars.
