Here is my story of how LuckyVitamin is almost like a scammer, from which many people have shared many similar or bad experiences of buying products and suggested staying away. I have two orders that are under delivery process, but there are a couple of products that have been AUTOMATICALLY canceled due to the shortage AFTER I placed the orders, and the packages got shipped out WITHOUT ANY FURTHER CONFIRMATION WITH ME. Their customer representative just disappeared and didn't seem to respond to my emails when I was asking for full cancelation of my orders or waiting for all the products I placed available back in stock. Even though they only charged me for the products that got shipped out, still, this is not the way of offering a sales service that forces consumers to accept the deal that has been changed without their awareness. Now the packages are on the way to my country, and I can only choose to take them without a couple of products I originally placed in the orders OR leave them to get them shipped back to their warehouse but without any refunds back. Besides that, their shipment is EXTREMELY slow that for sure will drive you nuts, which, according to comments from others, even sometimes gets your packages lost and never finishes the delivery, and of course, no refunds back. Also, they will close the window of canceling an order in a very short time after you placed it and take a very long time to ship the package out. I had a wonderful experience with iHerb, but it is currently not available for me because they have some issues with the custom in my country. Otherwise, LuckyVitamin has no way to compare to and compete with iHerb in my experiences, and I will NEVER EVER suggest their service to anyone. I never received my $130 order. After speaking with customer service and BBB multiple times I only received a partial refund. To make a long story short, they said an item was prohibited
(which I provided evidence it was not) and, even though their own tracking shows they received the package back, they said their warehouse never received it back so that they didn't owe me anything. Their desire for profit overrides common sense honestly. If you're going to order, read every detail of their policies, especially for international shipping. Don't expect to get any weight their customer service.

If I could give it a 0 starts I would please be careful I placed an order in December said I should of received it January I never received it they kept telling me 1st follow up in 24 hours then 48 then 5-7 days then that it could take up to 90 days they said it was delivered I have several security cameras and I know it was not they said oh sorry says deliver and nothing we can do I spent a month following up and all they said was oh sorry shows delivered I know I never got it I have many cameras I asked for proff they sent a doc that says delivered I asked for a picture or anything they said they don't do that and is my lost. Save your money go elsewhere

The site shows that my items are all IN STOCK.
THE SIGHT ALSO STATES THAT ORDERS OVER $49.00 GET FREE 1-2 DAY SHIPPING.
IT HAS BEEN 13 DAYS AND MY ITEMS ARE STILL SHOWN AS "IN PICKING"

I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW WHO THEY ARE PAYING TO GET THE GOOD REVIEWS. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Ordered some essential oils, took two weeks to arrive, Wanted other oils so ordered again, two weeks later got an email that some of my order was out of stock, didnt say that on the website when I ordered. The number they gave me to call was a company promoting something, they sell your data. Then they said I couldnt cancel the order because it was already processed, it took several more days to get the order. In the meantime I went on Amazon, ordered the same things for less money, and they arrived in two days. This company is a scam company.
