I genuinely love the lucky vitamin site! I was so pleased to see that they have my favorite toothpaste that I have been searching for on other websites without luck. Lucy Vitamin not only has the toothpaste, all of the flavors, but the price is actually reasonable! I am beyond excited to receive my products soon!

Their dellivery system has failed so they decided to not give me my money back - about €65.

I was looking for a particular supplement and they had it, also, they made it easy to return it for a chewable version which worked better. I am now using Lucy Vitamins for over the counter supplements that I need.

I find Lucky Vitamin to be an honest, easy to deal with Company. Service was fantastic, communications were prompt and shipping time was better than expected. Returns were easy and refunds were prompt. This is a great company and very uncomplicated in dealing with them on any level. Prices are great and savings are good. I would recommend this company.

They shipped an order to the wrong address, and refused to try to do anything helpful about it. They acknowledged that it was possible for them to contact the courier and re-route, but insisted that they would charge me any re-routing fee they incurred for correcting their own error.

They sell the same products as 100 other sites and stores, often at exactly the same prices... It's not worth giving your business to a vendor that tries to squeeze a few extra bucks at their customers' expense.

My order never arrived and they said they can't give me a refund until they receive it back to the warehouse. That was over 4 months ago and they told me once it comes back to them they will refund me within 90 days minus a stock fee (25% of the order or a minimum of $12] they said if they don't receive it then I won't be able to get a refund at all. I think this is ilegal

I've been ordering from Lucky Vitamin for some time and I am very satisfied with the service. The customer support is provided by real professionals, they helped me to choose the formula that would suit best for my needs and provided a discount for the next order. The packaging is always fine and the delivery is quick. I will definitely order more from here.

They don't mention the actual dates of arrival for the package. Past few days when my package was supposed to be at the adress I contacted support and they said unfortunately it can take 3-4 weeks more. However on the website they concluded it to be at my place a week ago, and tracking doesn't change still. Very disappointed, don't recommend to order outside of us

Had to tunnel around my VPN in order to get my order to complete. NOT OPTIMUM. Been trying for three days, and finally figured it out. 'twas driving me bonkers. Their Chat-support was not at all helpful. Unknown how long I waited in queue over three days waiting for an agent. Maybe it was the VPN? Unknown by me.

Until yesterday, I was very pleased with your site, but after spending a half-hour trying to pay, I called Discover to see if they were blocking my purchase. They didn't see attempted charges, so I called Lucky Vitamin and asked if there was a problem with their credit card system. I was told no. I gave the agent all the codes for my purchases, and he verified my shipping and billing info. Then he said it wasn't working. He deleted my credit card info and re-entered it. Then after being on the phone for 15 minutes, he said he just got a message that the credit card system was down and that I should try again in a few hours. He said I'd get an email when it was fixed. A few hours later, I got two emails. One said that my order was on hold for some reason. Almost immediately, I received another email thanking me for my purchase and providing an order number. My credit card had not been charged yet, so I logged into my account, and it showed no order at all. I called Lucky Vitamin again, and was told the order number in my email did not exist. I was told to try again on Monday, which meant my cart would have been emptied and I'd have to start all over again. At the very least, Lucky Vitamin should have: 1) Put a recording on their helpline saying the credit card system is down, 2) Put a notice on your landing page that the credit card system is down. 3) Inform employees of outages IMMEDIATELY. 4) On the checkout page, make the error message more specific. Saying there is a "technical issue" isn't specific enough.

Please don't buy from lucky vitamines website, they are fraudulent. It's been more than two months that I paid for them 2k for B12 capsules and there is no any proper update on my shipment status. Lucky vitamines is not even willing to take it's responsibility. And have asked me to follow up with dhl. The funny part is the tracking number they've shared is invalid and i don't know how to go about it. Very much disappointed with lucky vitamine's service.
