If you live in Canada expect to pay duty when they ship via DHL. Added 25% to the cost. That's bull. Get should figure out how to do business in Canada and use proper trade agreements, or at minimum include these fees in the price and take care of the duties in advance. Total crap.
I bought two super cute dresses from Lulu's, one of which I LOVE! The other one didn't really suit me but thought I'd give it a try. When I ended up returning it (from Canada to US) I forgot to include a return slip with it (which was super dumb on my part!). The employees at Lulu's were super helpful and always replied right away. Definitely recommend their products!
Buyer beware! Lulu's is cheap junk that is waaayyy over priced. They charge you $7 to return the cheap junk they over charged you for. Everything I ordered ($400+) is the worst quality clothing I have ever seen. Cheap material that looks like it is 10 year old clothing you save to paint in or pull weeds in. Save your money!

Although dresses were nice and good quality I returned as neither of them fit. Tags were still on dresses as they were only tried on for less than 5 min and then placed back in box for return. LULUs claims tags were not on dress when returned which is false. How do I prove tags were on dress? Lulus refuses to refund- will never buy dress again as there is no way to prove tags were on dress when I mailed back-- total RIP off - do not recommend if you feel dress may not fit! Terrible company.

I purchased a long bubble sleeved shirt on final clearance recently, I believe for $7? Anyways, if something comes from a warehouse that doesn't smell absolutely terrible, I don't wash it and just wear it out as is and that's what I did. Well, I don't know what the manufacturer did after completing the shirt, but they absolutely did NOT rinse the dye out bc throughout the day, the dye in the shirt stained absolutely everything that it touched a dark grey/purple. I chalked it up to being my own fault bc you're normally supposed to wash clothes before you wear them. Well, I go home to rinse out the color in my sink before I wash with my dark colors load and I spend the next 30 minutes kneading the shirt under warm running water and the dye just keeps on purging and purging and purging from the shirt? Eventually, even though I didn't see a lighter difference in the colored water that kept on POURING from the article of clothing, I decided to throw it in the wash anyways. It stained absolutely everything that went into that wash. My dark reds are now an even darker red, and my grey shirts are even darker? Shrugged my shoulders and moved on, hey, it added some life into my older shirts, whatever.
Found out that the shirt I ordered also wasn't preshrunk so it's a decent size smaller now, as well. Whatever, I ordered a large fitting size so now it fits differently but it doesn't look bad.
HOWEVER. THE REASON WHY IM WRITING THIS ONE STAR REVIEW TODAY. IS THAT EVEN AFTER MY 30 MINUTE PREEMPTIVE RINSE AND A WASH IN MY WASHER ON HEAVY LOAD WITH THE MOST AMOUNT OF WATER AND SOAP? AFTER ALL OF THAT. ITS. STILL. STAINING. MY. THINGS.
Final sale means no returns, I can't comment on the shirt on the website itself bc it's no longer offered, plus, it's only $7. So I'm keeping it. I just can't wear it bc it stains my skin and my bras while I'm wearing it.

Fantastic customer service and great selection of clothing! I've only contacted cs once or twice, and they were very fast to respond and help. No problems with returns and exchanges. I have shopped at lulus.com since 2010 and placed over 60 orders total. They use UPS Surepost (UPS to Post Office) for almost all packages - very rarely UPS ground. No problems receiving my orders.
PS My bridesmaids wore dresses from Lulus and looked gorgeous. Best value for the price!
Buyer Beware. The item you receive will not match the item you order and you have to pay for shipping to return (back to China).

My favourite place to shop is Lulu's. I love the variety, quality and pricing of them. The tops and clothes are so trendy, and I'm trying to recommend this shop to anyone I can!
I have already returned the product which I received on 28th August and after receiving within 5mins I called up to the customer care and they told me one of the executive will come to take over the returned product and telling me after receiving the returned product I will get my money refunded including the shipping charges I paid within 10 days but it's been almost 15 days and no sign n still not geting my money refunded back and no customer care responded my calls anymore seems it's fake and making me fool and mistake that I took your product. Please do needful and I want my money refunded asap.

Ordered 3 dresses that looked really cute online. It took several months and several emails to get them. Quality was very poor. Not worth the money I paid. I kept them because I probably would never get my money back. I wanted them for an occasion but because of the poor quality I can only use them to wear around the house. They cheated me out of hundreds of dollars during the COVID crisis because I could not return my items within 30 days. I returned them shortly after the cutoff and they refused to reimburse my items & refused to return them back to me saying they were "no longer available". They literally charged me for items & then re-sold them to someone else. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS COMPANY!

I was very excited to order from here after my friends' recommendation. I had two events 6 and 8 weeks out, so I ordered 3 dresses and express shipping to be safe. After a month the package never came. When I contacted lulus they took a week to investigate and then told me my package was lost. They said that I should shop somewhere else because they couldn't guarantee anything would arrive on time. Why would you offer different shipping methods then? I really wanted to try these dresses but they talked me into a refund. I was hoping they would offer better solutions. Incredibly disappointed. Will not be shopping here again and neither will my friends.

Hello, the Lulus website is misleading! I purchased two dresses from there today. Then realized I got the wrong size for one of the dresses so I thought I would just return it since their website says free returns and free shipping on orders over $150. However I was never prompted with a free shipping option even though my order was over $150. And I was looking for their return process so I could fill out any necessary forms and I found out I have to pay to send my items back from Canada and pay duties to send them back as well as receive them?! This will end up costing more than the actual items I purchased that won't even fit me. I want to cancel my order. This is supposed to be my grad dress, since my grad was canceled due to covid I was only going to use it for pictures.

I've been ordering clothing from lulus.com for a couple of years now and i have been so impressed with everything I've bought. Their shipping times are fast and efficient, the quality of clothing is fantastic and their customer service is great!
Lulus is a great online store, they have the best bikinis for the best prices. Their items are also of good quality. Customer service is especially helpful when it comes to returns, they offer refunds in the form of store credit.
I have been shopping with Lulu's for years and have never had a problem - though I have never had a package get lost. I returned an item like I have many times and proceeded on with my day. 2 weeks passed and I had not received a refund, so I reached out to customer service. She could not locate my return and told me to reach out to UPS and I told her I had already. Their wait times are almost an hour. She then said maybe I should go into the UPS store and ask. Though our city is now on stay at home order. FUN, RIGHT? So, she was unable to provide my refund (even though I did choose in-store credit) and I am unable to go into UPS. Lulu's is great until you actually hit a snag.

Awful company. Paid over 200 dollars for my order. Its 44 days later and still no sign. All their customer service did was send me a tracking number, didn't even bother to check the tracking information themselves. Clearly shows no update to the tracking history since 3 days after I placed the order. Rang my local post office and they confirmed that its up to Lulus to check this out as they also have no further tracking information. Ive asked for a refund - no response from them. First and last time I will ever order from this company again.

I recommend this brand, especially for shoes! The prices are low but the quality is high. You do have to look through reviews to find your size because it does vary between products, but in my last order I received 2 shoes, and they all fit perfectly! It is surprising how inexpensive they are compared to other brands and shops, but they have extremely similar qualities.
Answer: DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA! They will charge you an insane amount for duties and taxes! I bought 2 dresses worth about $70 CAD each and I had to pay $68 CAD in duties and taxes! I've ordered from many other American companies and online stores and I've never ever paid this much is duty or taxes!
