I'm a clean, courteous person, I didn't do anything to offend the psychopath driver. The moment he saw me, he seemed enraged. I even had to walk to the car, he just parked at random and waited. At first glance he looks like a white guy, I hadn't realized he was Turkish yet. Once I heard his thick accent, I assumed his aggressive gestures, and disproportional tone could be a cultural thing. But then he progressively got ruder, and more hostile. He snapped at me when I asked which direction he was taking. He did a gesture like he wanted to slap me. I didn't feel safe, and he knew I had motion sickness, (because I told him when I asked if I could put the window down at the beginning of the ride. He said yes, then once I did. He put the window up) then drove chaotically, blasted an audio (about a man that offed himself) and started to sway the car back and forth while at a red light. He was acting like he didn't want me in his car. So, as soon as I knew where I was, I politely asked if I could be dropped off there, due to motion sickness. I told him I wouldn't cancel the ride so he could continue the route, and still get paid. He raged, refused to let me out, and started speeding. Then eventually came to his senses and decided to let me out but for some reason. He turned and drove farther than necessary and went into a parking lot. I politely thanked him, and again assured him I wouldn't cancel the ride, so he would still get paid. He screamed at me, saying he dgaf about the job, has a tesla, doesn't need money etc. I walked away, it seemed he parked at that awkward location just to yell at me. Even after walking away he was screaming alone in the parking lot. Eventually he sped past me. I contacted Lyft right after this and they brushed me off on the app. So, I called them, and the agent was dismissive about my racism claims but said I wouldn't be charged for the ride, and someone would call me to take my report about the incident in more detail. No one ever called, and I was charged for the ride. When I emailed them, about this, they ignored me. **** Be careful with these services, you don't know who's car you're getting into, and what they're capable of. If something happens to you, Lyft will not care.
Made ride last night before 7pm. This morning had a driver and they just didn't show up and Lyft didn't call to cancel.

Sooooooo I've been a Lyft rider for several years, but all of a sudden tonight when I want to request a ride it books my ride, but THEN tells me to create a new account. So I got charged my ride fair, plus a cancellation fee and when contacting Lyft they wanted to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it except tell me that I have to pay the cancellation fee. So $#*! this service and their customer service people. It's time to move to Uber.

So I close the app and I immediately get a meager saying rate us and your price $116.

I called Lyft for a ride that was about 1.2 miles from my home. It was accepted and I started watch the route the driver was taking and how long before I would be picked up. I was at my mailbox when he drove up and turned around and left. I continued to watch the app and he got on interstate 24. There was no way to reach Lyft! I was charged $32.00. I sent in a complaint and they refunded me $13.00. I emailed back and explained for the 2nd time I did not not ride with Emran. His route was not even close to mine. His route was 9.78 miles. I had to close out that CC because Lyft refused to speak with me. Be very alert …Now the Lyft icon is showing up on other emails that are in my phone? I don't know what the driver, Lyft or Construction Realty Solutions, LLC have in common but I am determined to find out. This only started when I used the same CC to pay the contractor! I use a walker and a wheelchair, when I use my wheelchair chair and lyft drivers see it some refuse and leave me,it fits in the back of any vehicle

I only started using it because of it being cheaper than Uber but it literally will not let you ride if they just don't want you to anymore and ask you to add more cards for no reason. They also don't let you remove old payment methods and have weird fees. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
Ive been waiting for an hour, 3 lyfts canceled, and the were mins. Away. Lyft allows there drivers to cancel when they're close to you, and they're discriminating, canceling rides cause of the areas you're going to. The government should shut lyft down for outrageous pricing that inflates instantly. Lyft is no good, they hire anyone to drive. Feels like a black man trying to catch a cab all over again

Then when I booked anther ride to go back home in the same day and after waiting 2 hours the driver again failed to show up. Someone told me that they do that when the drive in too long and they don't want to be traffic so they delete the order without even a notice. Big 0
I had a pick up time at 7am this morning to go and decorate my friend's house who is turning sixty three today and just found out that she is totally cancer free. My Rover is at Harley's shop waiting on parts from Minnesota. I needed a ride from lyft to takeme to her house so I could decorate it... She works nights at Trinity she is a nurse.

Answer: They randomly out of the blue deactivated my account. This was there explanation. We found your account to be violating our Terms of Service and you will no longer be able to use the Lyft platform. I can honestly I have not violated anything so clearly there is something wrong with there information but the worst thing is they dont even tell you what the problem is. Oh well guess take my business to uber instead.
Answer: Lft runs different promotions and depending on promotion they promise a signup bonus(500-1100$). Now if they really pay the bonus it's totally up to their discretion.in my case they didn't pay. I completed the 60 Rides required in the first 30 days, which was the requirment to qualify for the bonus but they still didn't pay. After a brief email exchange with a lyft employee(they do not give their position or full name) they stopped answering. Now I am filing a complain with BBB and I will let you know where it goes when I have updates.
