When I switched to Verizon from AT&T, I was told that I'd get a $200 Amazon gift card or Verizon Credit. Well, 6 months later and I am still waiting. I have signed into my account multiple times to claim my rebate. I can clearly see the Amazon icon with the $200, but each time I click on it it says page error, please try again! Clicking on Support doesn't work. The page never works. I have called numerous times, and after going round and round for 20 minutes it's one excuse after another: "Your email is not registered", "you will get it in 6 weeks", "it's not mail it will be in the email", "please check your spam folder"...
Honestly I can't wait to switch to another provider soon!
