Excellent quality and build. Long lasting, I have worn their khaki pants for 2-3 years before needing to replace them and that is every single day.
I live in the US and have access to any and all brands but MakeYourOwnJeans is the only place you can get clothing especially pants made to fit "you" and not an 18 year old model. Wear these chinos every single day and a single pair will last over 2 years of constant wear and I am not gentle with them. Havent had to order in 3+ years and was scared they were no longer around but thankfully still making the best.
Finding the perfect fit in jeans has been a hassle for years. So, this time around I decided to try Make Your Own Jeans. (I'd previously purchased Linen shirts from them). After a trial fit on the first pair, my second pair have arrived. They both look and feel great. Very Happy with the outcome.
Orders take a long time before delivery but quality is outstanding. The buttons do NOT remotely match color in online picture. The color buttons sewn on to my cargo shorts don't remotely seem like the right color. So, make sure to say what color buttons you want. The pocket aren't placed like in online picture but they are ok.
Still rate them very high, they are excellent.
After years of frustration for rare body measurements, MakeYourOwnJeans is the only high quality, economic solution. Why by 3 pairs of bad pants when you can get PERFECT BESPOKE clothing for half that?
My sons are so tall they do not fit even the Big and Tall dimensions. Make Your Own Jeans are the best choice

I followed the measuring instructions exactly how I was instructed to, I measured three different times to be sure I was providing the most accurate measurements. The pants were too big all over. I wasted time and money but learned a lesson. I won't be ordering anymore or recommend this site to anyone.
My son has a form of dwarfism, these jeans & chinos are perfect, made to measure and don't cost a fortune. Excellent value for money
Love the fabric selections and various fit types. Not crazy about how length is measured, as I've gotten a few pair that were too short, wish they'd use an inseam measurement instead.
I do baggy fit but even then the fit you do is not baggy enough so i have to exaggerate my measurements to get the desired fit.

First Order was Perfect the second order did not turn out as expected and they did not offer to remake this jean when I notified them I was not happy with this second pair. From this experience I concluded you only get one do over and only on your first order.

Received the jeans and they do not fit. Tried to figure out how to utilize the fit guarantee and send in new measurements. I am not able to figure out how to do that. Very disappointed. After figuring out the correct measurements, I was looking forward to continue buying custom jeans from your company for years to come. It does not look like that will be happening. Burnt once shame on you. Burnt twice shame on me.
The cargo pants are a little tight in waste. Same measurements as the chinos but the person making the cargo did a bad job
The length is of by 1-1/2 inches. I bought several jeans in the past with no problems. This experience was very disappointing.
