I was pleasantly surprised, the pic, the price and the final product were exceptional! Have bought other custom clothing and was disappointed. The skirt was exactly as promised and will make other purchases in the future, all's, recommend to anyone thinking about a purchase from Make Your Own Jeans.

I'm 5'6" and can never find pants, slacks, or jeans with the appropriate short rise. Over the years, I've dialed my jeans fit in pretty well and MakeMyOwnJeans has come through for me for more than ten years. (Only once has the fit been off enough to bother me.) I'm no longer running marathons, so I might have put on a few pounds in the last year. I tweaked up my measurements following the pretty-clear instructions on their website, and the fit is great. Very satisfied, will be ordering another pair in a different color soon.

The website needs an upgrade focused on user-friendly functionality. I tried placing an order 3 time only for the screen to say "oops your session expired" when I clicked to complete my order, logging me out and everything. I had to log back in and try to purchase several times before realizing there was some kind of issue with my PayPal credit card I was trying to use, but the website did not inform me that there was any issue with my payment, it just kicked me out and locked me off forcing me to restart the whole order. This is ridiculous and potentially harmful for business as I almost ordered jeans from somewhere else due to this frustrating issue.

Customer support is really nice, I had a problem and they responded quickly and appropriately. Ordering from here is easy. You can customize your account and just click reorder and the sizes are already saved.

Received product that was above expectations. Slight error in measurement in terms of pant length, conflicting with company's quality control measures.

Attempted to address issue with company via email (the only option available to receive support). Sent 3 emails in the past week and half, with no acknowledgement and/or response received.

Due to the poor customer service, I will not be ordering again.

Finding the perfect fit in jeans has been a hassle for years. So, this time around I decided to try Make Your Own Jeans. (I'd previously purchased Linen shirts from them). After a trial fit on the first pair, my second pair have arrived. They both look and feel great. Very Happy with the outcome.

I followed the measuring instructions exactly how I was instructed to, I measured three different times to be sure I was providing the most accurate measurements. The pants were too big all over. I wasted time and money but learned a lesson. I won't be ordering anymore or recommend this site to anyone.
