Absolutely Amazing. I love my pen and the customer service is A1. My pen wasnt writing no matter what I did and M+M sent me a replacement ink. And when I didnt receive that one like the carrier said he sent me a replacement to that one NO QUESTIONS ASKED. And now I am happily writing with my work of art!
