I have placed 2 orders with this company. The first, through ebay about 6 years ago, the second through their site about 1 year ago. The first order was wonderful. Ordered a set of cleats, and they arrived, looked great, and still look great. Second order was hinges and cabinet hardware. Came in missing half the hinges I ordered, and what arrived looked a bit junky. Tried contacting them multiple ways and times to no avail. They never got back to me, and I was ripped off for about 4 stainless hinges.

Beware! Their prices are very good but they do not deliver what you pay for. The first experience was a very small order to try them and most parts showed (parts missing were minor and I had spares). I proceeded to a larger order > they took all of the payment and delivered less than 1/2 of the order. I emailed them and tried the phone contact number (no answers from either). Instead, I've received email promo's for an extra 15-20% off, which is worthless because you won't get your parts. Stay away.
