From my first phone call to Massage Chair Relief in Cerritos, California, the process was extremely smooth and enjoyable. Michael was absolutely helpful and low-key. He helped navigate me through all of the massage chairs, and given all of the education he gave, once I was in the right chair, I said, "This is the one!". I received my chair in four days after purchasing it. The installers were fabulous. They had to carry the chair up a very curved stairway up to my work-out room in my home. They were very professional and did a great job. And they disassembled my old, broken massage chair and took it away for me. And the chair... WOW!
