Horrible staff, unprofessional. Will make you wait for no reason, unorganized. Interviewer was an hour late. They had me waiting to meet with an HR rep for over 45min, (no one wanted to help). Front desk was empty and had to walk into their common work area for acknowledgement.
They will let you go for the smallest of reason, even if the company you were working for was at fault. You are nothing but a commision check nothing more. Maxim lacks integrity. Their HR contacted me 3 months later to ask what occurred to finalize the "Why". Wasting my time yet again.
I would recommend anyone to skip them and go directly to the company desired as you will be valued and treated with respect, plus benefits.
