In all or most mcdonalds locations that ive been to over the last year have discontinued the CHOCOLATE CHIP FRAPPE. I live in virginia and all the mcdonalds around my home dont sell the frappe anymore. Ive been to north carolina and they do sell it there so im wondering why its only gone in some places. It could possibly be because of money problems or other issues but i really wish mcdonalds would sell them everywhere again. It was the only coffee i would ever drink so bringing it back would most likely satisfy other customers as well

C. C Yin is a man and owner who does not care about the handicapped or about his customers. I have never been able to get him to turn his drive thru speakers up so I can hear in Vacaville or Vallejo which are both of his locations. I'm hearing impaired and have a hard time hearing. I have even received the wrong food many times and even cold food. I want to talk to him but he doesn't want to talk to me. I have tried calling Corporate and they tell me he doesn't have to talk to me if he doesn't want to. This man escaped China and came here with nothing he tells everybody, but now he has 14 McDonalds locations. He should be grateful from being in this country, but he's not. All he cares about is his money and bragging about his fame. This man is nothing but a low life scum. Find out which locations are his and don't buy from him go to others that he doesn't own.

I love Mc D's and don't usually have any issues, but the last time I went was not so good. I had a late night at work and stopped to grab some dinner on the way home. It was almost closing time, but no one was around except the workers goofing off inside.

I waited 23 mins AFTER ordering until the food came to the window and it was cold already. I didn't get to eat anything until getting home and microwaving it, which isn't as good as when its freshly made. The pickles get rubbery, so i had to pick apart the sandwiches first, before heating them. So much for 'fast food', i could have just cooked for all the time i spent .

We stopped at the McDonalds in Bryson City NC on our way back from Waynesville. We was getting the Mcrib combo with an extra one for $1.49. Well we got our food and we asked for no onions for all six mcribs and a couple of them had onions on them but the sauce was way too much. I went to eat mine and there was so much sauce on my sandwich that my mouth was burning and it was all in the boxes as well. All 3 of us had so much sauce on our sandwich and in our boxes that it could probably been enough for two to three more sandwiches. Im glad yal have the McRib that i wish yal could keep it. But maybe the next one i get i will ask for lite sauce and see what the results is.

Special orders do upset them, you will not have it your way at this location! Be very cautious when ordering from the McPick 2 for $5 menu! You will be overcharged, not receive what you ordered and the food will be cold. Most times you will be inconvenienced and asked to pull forward and your food will be brought out to you at their convenience! If you review them at mcdvoice, ask to be contacted, they do not! Twice I have but to date have not heard back and at this point don't expect to

First they have a mobile app that's OK at best, can't pay with it, but at least it provides coupons for food, then a couple of weeks ago it tells me to update the app, I thought may be they get wise and allows me to pay with the mobile app. After I updated the app, it won't even let me log in, tried many times over several days, still says "We are having trouble connecting, please try again later". I see many complaints about it on the play store site about this app. Go fix it already!

In Galveston Texas if you have tattoos, and if you spend any money at any of the McDonalds here you are helping them to continue to descrimanate. The will not hire you if you have tatoos. Even if they can be covered up. So I think everyone with even 1 tatoo should refuse to spend their hard earned money somewhere that would not give you a job just because you choose to have a tattoo. Think about if everyone with a tatoo decided not to eat at McDonald's how much business would they lose?

Huh; I tried many times their food but that is not up to mark and nor healthy too. McDonalds should close their restaurant if they cannot provide healthy food.

I go to McDonalds from time to time when I don't have somewhere else to go to have my dinner. Their food is so so, but if you're hungry you can eat it. However, the service is dreadful. The stuff is so rude!

I was upset with the fact that McDonalds treats American workers so unfairly. They can pay workers in another country 15.hr but only pay our own USA people min. Wage! I make over 37,000 a year and I struggle. I can not imagine how hard it is for a min. Wage employee. McDonalds had it's start here in USA. My children and I used to Love McDonalds! It was as American to us as apple pie, but not anymore. My children and I both agree that they are CUT THROATS in the worst way! We will never walk in a McDONALDS again! SHAME ON THEM! My family and friends feel the same way!
