MDG happens to have very great products, almost exactly as advertised. Well maintained, very friendly staff and brand name products, a wonderful place to shop. The only downside is the billing, you'll be paying for your selection for years to come, but that part is simple, you just need to be extremely patient! All in all, a great place to get electronics for less!

A few years ago I decided to apply to Mdg. I wanted s new computer but low payments as I could not just go out and buy a new computer due to money. They were very helpful and understanding and answered all my questions. If I needed to put a payment off they were kind enough to do so. Since finding them I have gotten 2 computers, 2 tablets and a huge $#*! tv. They were shipped fast and all working like new to this day. They have been kind and helpful and I am in the process of deciding what to buy next with them. All I can say is thank you and keep up the good work.

I HAD ORIGINALLY WANTED MY ORDER TO COME IN BEFORE, BEFORE, THE HOLIDAY RUSH.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH YOUR STATEMENT ON THE DOCUMENT UNDERLINING NO STRINGS ATTACHED. YOU HAVE PUBLICLY DECLARED THAT THERE IS NO STRINGS ATTACHED. I HAVE MADE THE EFFORT ON MY PART TO GET THE REFERRALS, MY PERSONAL BANK INFORMATION AS REQUESTED. THAT WAS COMPLETED. WAITED FOR THE TEST OF PAYMENT FROM MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT. YOUR COMPANY MDG TOOK MONEY FROM MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT AS FIRST PAYMENT. NOW YOU WANT MORE, MORE, MONEY ON THE SPOT IN ORDER FOR MDG TO PROCEED WITH SHIPMENT? YOUR SALES REP DID HIS PART VERY WELL, I DID MY PART AS REQUESTED. WHY ARE YOU CONTRADICTING YOUR CONTRACT AS TO NO STRINGS ATTACHED? DOES NOT THE UNDERLINING BELIE WHAT YOU HAVE POSTED PUBLICLY MANY TIMES SOURCED FROM YOUR MDG COMPANY? NO STRINGS ATTACHED. WHICH IS THE BEGINNING OF THE DECISION? THIS IS NOT A LEASE, ONCE PAYMENTS ARRANGEMENTS ARE AGREED, I AGREED TO THE NO STRINGS ATTACHED, I AGREED TO THE PAYMENT MADE TO BIWEEKLY. ADDING ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS TO MDG WOULD BELIE THE NO STRINGS ATTACHED. MDG REQUESTING CUSTOMERS TO PAY MORE MONEY FROM THEIR PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT AFTER THE PAYMENT HAD ALREADY BEEN AGREED UPON IS GOING AGAINST AND CONTRADICTING THE NO STRINGS ATTACHED. I AM APPALLED THAT SUCH A COMPANY WOULD LEAVE THE CUSTOMER FEELING DECEIVED, DEFRAUDED, MISLEAD. ALL I WANTED IS MY BRAND NEW TV TO ARRIVE IN TWO WEEKS AS WE AGREED UPON AFTER MDG TOOK FIRST PAYMENT OUT OF MY PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT..

I ordered a king size bed over a month ago, they were quick to take the first payment but not to ship merchandise. I called three times only to be told they would have to talk to their manager who was never in. I never received the product only excuses so I cancelled on the 3rd of July which was three weeks after the first payment was made. It is now the 11th and I am still waiting on my refund. Of course they have to talk to another manager, who probably is never in before they can refund my money. They are full of excuses and very little action. The only time they moved quickly was when they needed me to authorize the deductions from my account. DO NOT BUY from them they will scam you.

I made payment after payment on my tv. I kept calling to see how far I was with payments. I even paid extra a fw times. I read terrible reviews about mor money being added to the bill. I call and find out $1500 would be added for interest after two years. I decide to put more money down and then something said ask how much I was putting towards interest. I had already paid over $600 on it and less than $300 was on the tv. $#*! them I canceled the payment an now they can kiss my $#*! If they want another dime from me they better make a settlement offer and take my payments by mail. I am not answering emails or calls. I will not be buying a house so $#*! it. Never would I ever use them had I known. 4 people I know have the same issue. I am on ssi and feel good that I was a good customer with them. I could not stand by and give them $1500 just in interest no way.

Update as of Oct 2016 I stopped payment on my bank account. I contacted them and told them they won't get another dime from me unless they remove the interest. They were charging me way more than I could imagine. I now been reduced to no interest and I make smaller monthly payments. I am actually saving up to make a nice sized payment. My brother stopped payment and so did my sister. They are straight crooks and I will not ever do business with them again.
