On March 3rd I ordered a 48 inch television. When came the screen was broken with cracks all through it. They stated they would have a new TV sent out when they got this one back. Another TV was shipped and when it arrived the screen was broken even more than first one. MDG told me they would not send me a 48 inch TV again. I asked that they send one by one or 2 day delivery so it did not have to bang against truck for 10 day. They refused to do it. They wanted me to take a smaller TV which I agreed to do if they send it in a different shipping mode. They have refused to do it. I would still go for the 48 inch TV if they would ship it overnight or find a closer location to ship it from. The last one was shipped out of Canada to Arizona. TV's are not built to be sent cross in a UPS truck. In actuality they should not be selling televisions. I tried to get a refund and was told by Amina in customer service that I had to take a smaller TV and if it came broken they would consider giving my money back. I think I would suggest not buying from these people. They answer a few emails but most go unanswered. I know am taking a television that was on a trip 7-11 days. I am going to look into the legal ramifications on this. My bank has suggested that I dispute the charges already taken and stop payment on future charges. If this is not resolved by the first of the month I will do that. I sent them an email last month asking not to take a payment until I have a working television. Of course that email was ignored. I have filled a BBB complaint and will decide what I do from there.

Run--just run.

I made the mistake of applying for credit before researching them. In a span of 3 hours and 15 min, I received two emails AND a phone call. I sent an email stating not to contact me again. Yesterday I got another call, so I rang up the sales person. In a ten minute conversation (slightly less, actually), I lost track of how many times I asked with whom I needed to speak to close my account.

He actually told me it wasn't possible. Utter bs--EVERY creditor retains the ability to close out accounts. Finally he called his supervisor who told him whom to email to close my account. It's closed, now.

RIP OFF ARTISTS

They sell crap. A child could build a better system for less. They formatted the SSD with 4 partitions. It's only 120 gigs. And you can't delete them. WTF is with these idiots.

NOT SO PROMPT

I HAD BOUGHT A COUCH AND CHAIR, 2 MONTHS AGO, THEY TOOK OUT 2 PAYMENTS, I RECEIVED MY COUCH AND CHAIR WHICH IS VERY NICE AND REASONABLE, THEY WORK WITH YOU, BUT IT TOOK AWHILE TO BE DELIVERED, WELL I DID FIANALLUY RECEIVED IT, AS SOON AS I OPEN THE BOX FOR MY COUCH i DIDNT EVEN HAVE IT OUT THE BOX, ON THE ARM OF COUCH WAS RIPPED UP LOOKS LIKE IT WAS CUT, I CALLED TO TELL THEM, REMIND YOU ITS BEEN 2-3 MONTHS NOW, THE ups TRUCK DIDNT EVEN LEAVE HE EVEN SEEN IT, WELL UPS SENT ME FORMS TO FILL OUT, I NOTIFIED MDG, 5 TIMES TO COME AND PICK IT UP AND SEND ME A NEW ONE OUT, I STILL TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECIVED NOTHING, ALL I GET IS OH MY SUPERVISOR WILL BE IN TOUCH WITHIN 2-5 DAYS, IM STILL WAITING, NOW IM GETTING VERY UPSET BC I HAVE NOWHERE FOR PPL TO SIT, I JUST CALL ON FRIDAY AGAIN AND STILL NO ANSWER, IF THEY DONT GET MY COUCH I WANT MY REFUND THEN THEY CAN COME AND GET IT, AND I WANT MY REFUND, IM SO PISSED OFF, WITH THIS COMPANY, HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO CALL TO GET ANY ANSWERES, THEY ASKED FOR PICTURES WHICH I SENT 2 TIMES, DID EVERYTHING I WAS ASKED TO DO, BUT STILL NOTHING, JUST TO LET PPL NO IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING YOU WILL BE WAITING FOREVER TO GET A REPLACEMENT,, I WANT MY COUCH NOW, I CANT WAIT NO MORE, I HAD ENOUGH.

Totally awsome

This company is byfar the best company I have ever dealt with. I just finished paying for another item which is great. I love thier service thier down to earth and compassionate on how they deal with you. Your number one in thier books and constantly strive to help you to the best of thier abilities and always making sure that your happy and fully content. I can only remember one issue but it was looked after swiftly and promptly with no problems.And I was totally happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company to everyone every where. We got a TV and Samsung tablet bundle with MDG and we absolutely love everything. Our TV is amazing and we got a free camera and memory card with our tablet which was awesome with having four kids. We are very happy with our purchase from MDG.

This company is the worst bunch of scammers going around, highest interst rates and very very high product prices, they also sent me a broken tv and refused to replace it, after a month of numerous calls and fighting over the phone thye said i have to deal with the manufacturer... BUYERS BEWARE.

Almost 3 years ago, I discovered MDG Computers while surfing the net. I applied and got approved instantly. I was wowed. Horrible credit yet got approved. I was extremely excited. Roger Banner was my rep. Things were going well and had made about 2 or 3 payments. Suddenly, I lost my job and was unable to make payments as arranged. I told Roger of my situation and instead of just closing off my file/account, Roger kept calling me so that we could both come up with a solution. At the end of it all, he promised to keep my file open with the payments I had previously made as credit for any future products I may be interested in. Roger is one of the best reps at MDG. He sure knows how to keep a smile on a customers face... MDG's biggest asset!
