The people was a joke and so was there responses... Friday, Monday, Tuesday I was strung along hoping to see my cash installment loan in my account when it said will be deposited in 3 hours but not a chance. These guys knew from the start my residency and aparently not offered in Alberta after all that time wasted! Stay the $#*! clear of these idiots. You will get no response and nobody there that actually gives a $#*!! $#*! MDG! Oh and the best part when I was talking to the gentlement after being told that he says "if anything changes we can give you a call" hell no! You and your other collegues $#*!ed me around and got no customer service skills at all! Stay the $#*! clear of these people!

You try to place an order, then they say it is expired in broken English and try to get your info. Avoid at all cost

They do not honor their warranty, that you are charged for, they are over charging. It is a scheme. I'm paying 1600.00 for a TV that cost 479.00 at Best Buy. Customer service agents and supervisor tell you different things. Not worth it!

I spent almost a month they took my money on top of extra and I call waiting to get my item and they tell me I need a phone number that sows them it's mine i use wifi they should tell people that so I spent literally 2 weeks on these people just to get screwed bit lucky for me I get my ps5 800 cheaper I would not recommend and I dont have proof because they said they would not give it to me what a joke of a company

I'm a zip pay user was going to give this company a shot yes prices are high but that was expected payment plans and all. After reading these reviews good and bad it really sounds shady good reviews not giving it justice at all and the bad ones seems more predictable. I'm glad I read before purchasing now to just figure out how to cancel this account. Anybody looking for financing use zip pay app it's the better option no interest and you actually know where your stuff is coming.

I was going to wait until I actually received the laptop, but it seems that the pressure is on and I received this need to review at least a week before my item came. I don't get that, but here goes. As this was not my first time to purchase from MDG, they certainly made it seemless and easy. All my credentials were the same, so no paperwork's to do. That was very nice. I appreciate the necessity of borrowing but it would be nice to have lower interest and much much less shipping. I would have gotten a big screen TV, but the shipping would be more than the tv is worth….ya the shipping sucks, but the rest gets high five.

When you order something takes too long for tracking and actual date on when you will receive merchandise. It is way too vague. We as customers would like better information so we can plan for it..

They gave me a time frame for a product to be delivered they charged me $150 for that delivery then they didn't honor their delivery that they'd inform me I requested a supervisor to contact me none have a requested the president of the company contact me he hasn't bothered if you plan on having customer service with them don't.

I tried to order a laptop for my son starting college in August. I agreed to the down payment and set up the day would come out of my account. Then was told it would be a month before they would ship with another payment. I smelled a scam going on here. I told them I would make more down payment; but, was told the same shipping applied. They lost a potential customer and did not seem to care. I ask to talk to a supervisor, but, none was available or just did not want to talk to me. My observation is that they play with your money and I smell a scam. Buyer beware!
