I noticed i had a fee charged even after i was done paying off my items. Was told that if i tried to dispute it i would have my entire account terminated. It makes no sense to have a club fee for nothing. I would like my 8.95 back. I told them I'm making a Better business complaint and alexander didn't care. I would think that after i have paid $17.95 bi weekly for over 2 and a half years. My debt has been taken care of for a Nintendo switch.
They are good if you really cant afford the item but be ready to pay triple what the item is worth and then continue to pay a fee for absolutely nothing.

Thank you for your feedback, Lisa! The monthly fee for the optional MDG Purchase Benefits Club is $8.95, after the 90 days free trial ends. What happens is, that when the Account is paid for in full the monthly charge for MDG Purchase Benefits Club Subscription is still applied, therefore a balance/payment is still processed until a new order is invoiced and then the monthly charges are transferred to the new order, or until the Club Subscription is cancelled. Great experience with MDG

I've now dealt with MDG for a personal loan as well as product financing and can say that their services are top notch. Processing your first application with them can be daunting but is well worth it and they have amazing friendly and helpful support. Processing the second and third times was extremely quick once your account is setup. I would definitely recommend MDG to anyone who wants to improve their credit or purchase an item on payments. You do pay a premium for the products but if you have credit issues or cant afford to buy item outright, MDG has excellent services to help you. The cash loan came in super handy during an emergency, which is a newer service they now offer as well. Overall, 5 stars, MDG's services and support has vastly improved since last dealing with them 10 years ago

It's now been a week of dealing with them for an order that was to be shipped today and still hasn't been I will also add that I paid the extra for fast service I was told more then once when I call that they would save me some money for the issues I've had but I still haven't saved a cent they tried to charge me more for hdmi cables for an air conditioner like really what air conditioner hooks up to a tv so far my experience with this company is nothing but a joke would definitely not recommend this place

Positive Experience

I hesitated using any company for financing my PC, but glad I did and went with MDG. The customer support representative I had (Mitchell), was incredibly helpful. The product arrived right on time and after hook up, was exactly what they said it was and was zero hassle. Technoid built a beautiful rig and I'd 100% recommend both companies. Payment plan is easy to manage online. I was worried about shipping but they packed that PC like it was the Hope Diamond.lol Awesome all the way around.

If I could give this zero stars and rate it I would. Not only did they want to overcharge me excessively for products, but they wanted me to basically pay outright for the product before I even got it, and then pay another couple hundred bucks after that. I then called the cancel my order because I told him I might as well just buy the system outright if I'm going to pay as much as they want, and then the lady who was canceling my order gets upset and tells me she doesn't think I'll find one for cheaper than what they sell it. Lol like really? You don't think I can find an Xbox series s less than $800, or a Nintendo switch lite for less than $700? Pretty sure I can find those elsewhere, because then they wanted me to pay more money on top of that. Which is just crazy it would have came to almost $2,000 just for those two products. So if you have the extra money and you want to ball out, then go ahead but for people that actually can't afford it, this is just going to put you in a deeper hole, saying you're even able to afford to get it in the first place.

You can increase your minimum payments, put an extra money upon your balance or pay off the contract earlier, without any penalties or fees.

Do not buy anything from this company I have been paying $84 dollars a month for over a year in a half I have definitely paid off the PS5 but my balance has only increased it had messed my credit up tremendously it's like I have never made a payment I will be contacting the BBB

While I haven't had a problem with them other than having a bunch of ads ons sneakily added to my last order but they made that right quickly. My main issue is the selection of what they sell has really tanked over the last couple years. They really need to do something about beefing up their product selection.

I changed my name back to my maiden name after being divorced for 40 years. I sent MDG a copy of my birth certificate and new drivers license. According to them this is not good enough. They wanted my divorce decree and I explained it was long gone since I have been divorced 40 years. Then they wanted government issued documentation on the name change. A drivers license and birth certificate are government issued documentation. When I asked which type of government issued documentation they require I go no answer. So I now have to leave my name at MDG as my married name (which is not my legal name). I wish I had never dealt with this company as they do not seem to know what they are doing. I spoke with 3 people there and Mila was the only person who tried to help. It was taken out of her hands so she cannot assist me on this issue. People think twice before you sign up with MDG as I would no like these people to deal with anything to do with my money.

I was really excited when I purchased the item. However, the power supply does not work in MDG gives the runaround. I've never been treated so poorly by a company ever. There's no reason why they can't just send me a replacement.
