Eduardo Garcia was patient and considerately spent time to research my coverage and recommend a new Part D plane to fit my specific needs and budget. In addition, we reviewed my VDH plan and updated that as well. Eduardo went the extra mile and made the call with me to cancel my plan and set the new plan up for 2025. We were lucky enough to get Melinda Dries in our phone call. What a blessing. She has been on point with all our questions, responds to our emails promptly & will call us back in a timely matter. She follows up & explains what will happen next in the process with your insurance & then follows up again. If we have questions come up, she will call us & takes the time needed to answer each & every question we have. We never feel like anything we ask is a dumb question. Even with having 2 back to back hurricanes in Florida, she was still available which was totally unbelieveable. Great customer service since the first day we spoke to her. Thank you Melinda & hope you recover from the horrific hurricanes. Our hearts go out to you, your family & all in Florida. Would also want to add the online video you have on your website was so very helpful, and informative. It really explained in detail Advantage plans & Medigap Supplement insurance. Showed & listed what the differences are & even what excess charges were (which no one could ever explain to me). First video that actually took you step by step so you could truly understand this complicated Medicare insurance process.

I needed to call your office today regarding my application for a Medicare Plan through Aflac, after speaking yesterday at length with Steven Vonharten and getting the application started. A conversation with a friend earlier today left me with serious concerns regarding that policy so I called your office and was very very fortunate to be able to speak with Tessa Steele. From the start of the conversation, Tessa was completely friendly and upbeat and professional and respectful and extremely knowledgeable about everything that I was asking about and she was able to answer all of my questions and to give me all the important information needed. It was a complete pleasure speaking with her and, as with Mr. Vonharten, it left me feeling very confident and reassured that your company does have the best interests of its clients in every way.
I hope that Tessa is recognized for how confident and helpful she was today, again as was Mr. Vonharten yesterday. At this point, I don't know what plan I will end up getting, but I do know that it will be one that both agents make sure is best for me.

Joseph Campbell was excellent in describing my options as well as for 4 of my friends who asked me to call on their behalf. He talks eloquently about the pros and cons.
I was incredibly impressed that Larry Cate spent so much time helping me figure out a problem with my prescription D plan, even though I had not purchased the plan through Elite. He also took all the time in the world to help me understand a complicated situation between my Medicare supplemental plan and a medical provider that conflicted with my supplemental provider.
These guys are salespeople, and for them, time is money. But you would never know that their priority was anything other than their clients' welfare. I'm so impressed with Larry and Elite. I'm a customer for life.
While there have been hiccups along the way of getting established with various supplemental plans, I can heartily say that Connor McKay, Customer Care Specialist, has well-earned his title. He is knowledgeable and responds as promised, which is much, much appreciated!
