I have contacted Elite Insurance 2 times since I signed up with them for my medicare supplemental plans and quite honestly, I couldn't be happier. I have dealt with Jared in Customer Service each time. He is a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to answer any questions. I wish all companies were this wonderful. And Jared thank you for all you do for me when I call.
Called in to find a health insurance plan spoke to the agent Ryan Ritter had a fantastic experience with him. He was so great, answered all my questions, and et me up with a great health insurance plan.
Jared was very helpful. The first time that we spoke, I was overwhelmed with information. The second time, she filled out 2 of the applications for me electronically and had the plans in place as soon as they could be, thus saving me the hassle of trying to do them by myself.
I received fantastic service! The representative was able to give me all the time I needed, and gave me very concise explanations! And actually found a policy that is what I want. One where I don't have to get a referral.
