Ordered something early December. Still waiting for it and it doesn't make sense. Obviously they don't give a damn about their customers or else I'd at least have an idea of when it would be here or they would actually put forth effort to get the item in stock. Crappy company and I won't order again from them. Don't waste your time

I run a small LARP comunity in florda. This is my go to site for anything I need. I love this company! When orders were late (witch wasnt often) or if there were any issues they were super nice and helped me fix my orders. So much fun to talk to and maga friendly. I am so thankful for Medieval Collectables and all the people there and all the hard work they put in to everything they do. I have been ordering from them for years and will continue to do so.

This is the first bad review I've ever written. I spent nearly $500 on 3 items. Two of the items apparently fell out of the box in shipping. The company told me they would not replace the items or refund the money. They didn't even offer a replacement discount. They said they would file a claim with the UPS on my behalf. It's been over a month and I've heard nothing from UPS or the company. The bottom line is Medieval Collectibles took my money for products I never received. They left me hanging in the wind. I would not risk dealing with this company. There are many others out there.
