Have been eyeing this shop for years and decided to order a necklace for my partner. When ordering, the listing said it was "made-to-order" and would take 3-5 weeks to dispatch.

After 5 weeks, I hadn't received any dispatch notification so followed up.
I was then told that the necklace was not actually "made-to-order" anymore, and my order was never actually sent through to the new warehouse where the necklaces had been moved to.

I was told that the necklace would be shipped the following morning.
A little annoyed, I waited for the dispatch notification which didn't come.

I then decided to DM via Instagram as it had now been over 6 weeks since I placed the order. They told me that the necklace chains weren't in stock but would be arriving that week.
Finally, after 6.5 weeks I received the dispatch notification but now my package is delayed in transit.

Despite repeated prompts, Merchants has made no effort to compensate me at all for the inconvenience of theit muck-ups.

I hope my necklace eventually arrives.

I placed two separate orders with Merchants of the Sun, and both experiences were frustrating and disappointing. My first order for a pendant necklace was cancelled because it was out of stock. I was not informed about this until I had to reach out to their customer service. After that, they simply deleted the order and refunded me.

Hoping for a better outcome, I placed a second order with express shipping, expecting it to arrive before Christmas as promised by their website. The delivery date was set for December 17th, but I received no shipping notification. The tracking still shows "preparing for shipping," and I fear this order will also be cancelled without warning.

This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. If items are out of stock, customers deserve prompt notifications and timely refunds. I couldn't be more disappointed with their service.

I was really disappointed with my experience. The products are significantly overpriced, and on top of that, they charged an excessive amount for shipping. To make matters worse, there was an issue with the delivery, and now I've heard nothing from their customer service. Very frustrating!

Good experience, customer service were quick to reply and help when my order was delayed by the post. High quality jewellery and looks just like online.

Easy to place order. Little tricky to find all the pieces available to purchase though as some pieces could only be found through a certain, not obvious navigation route...made it fun though
