Nothing was done about my report of two underaged unauthorized occupants living with a grandfather in a one bedroom apartment. No response was made to my email in May asking for the company policy. In fact, I was told Truwood by Merrill had provided them with a rollaway bed. The granddaughter went around ringing doorbells and knocking on doors all night long. The next evening she assaulted me. There is a warrant for a 3rd degree felony for assault on an elderly. Ended up in the emergency room with scratchs, bruises, black eyes and body soreness. Does Truwood care. Ahahahaaha NO.

Understaffed, incompetent management, every move must be approved by Seattle corporate headquarters.The facility looks good at first but so much they promised--transportation, food anytime, emergency availability, safety, cleaning--just doesn't exist. Family members are at Pinnacle Plymouth Meeting (PA) for over a year and its just getting worse. Now there is a Covid epidemic in the building (staff and residents) but because the county doesn't require it, this facility refuses to administer tests or notify, they even forgot to put up a quarantine sign for an infected resident!
