I purchase two costumes, one for my daughter and one for her best friend to twin with. Received her friends costume but never my daughters. After two emails and over a week later, I received the below email. I ordered on 9/24 to give plenty of time. People should know this business is sketchy!

The company has received 269 complaints on the BBB website over the past three years, with most issues related to returns and customer service. I wish I had checked before making a purchase.
The quality of their products is highly inconsistent—some are acceptable, while others are poorly made from cheap polyester, primarily manufactured in China or Ukraine. The website provides little to no product descriptions, and when available, they are often misleading, using terms like "high-quality fabric" when, in reality, many items are just polyester. Some products have a Mia Belle tag, while most arrive without any branding, packaged in simple plastic bags. Shipping times range from 2 to 4 weeks.
Returning defective items, especially those marked as final sale, is nearly impossible due to a lack of customer service response. I sent three emails with no reply. The company does not list a phone number, and the one provided by PayPal leads to an unintelligible voicemail with a male voice and a foreign accent.
My most recent experience:
I received a dress and a skirt, both of extremely poor quality, made from cheap materials in Ukraine, with no company tags or labels. The website falsely advertised them as high-quality, premium products, but they turned out to be polyester—something I would never put on my baby. Despite multiple emails, I received no response. The provided phone number was useless, leading to the same indecipherable voicemail.

Awful stay away

Horrible. I ordered a Christmas dress and it came with one sleeve shorter than the other and missing trim. I sent it back and they said I damaged it with food and that the issues I claimed were not there (lie). I sent an email of my complaint stating the issues before ever sending it back. They claim no such email exists even though I have picture proof. They ghosted me and kept my money. Stay far away. They don't respond, shipping dates are wrong, and most importantly they do not take responsibility for their own heavily damaged cheap products.

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY

Receiving your order takes 6-8 weeks. Then if you return something it takes months to receive a refund.
Because the orders take so long to come in and return, I ended up ordering two sizes and sent the wrong one back. I sent the size 2 with the size 3 return label. Now I have to pay shipping AGAIN for boots that don't fit, to give them away.
The company kindly offered to "dispose" of my $80 boots.
The clothes may be cute but between them taking forever to come in and then returns take so long to process, if there's any issues with the return you just lose the money AND the product you bought. HORRIBLE policy!

Ordered 3 pairs of Christmas pajamas in October. On dec 20 a package arrived wirh 1 pair. No explanation. I contacted mia belle immediately through email- they have no customer service. I have been getting the run around for a month. They say it's my fault, then it was ups fault for losing the package. It is their fault for charging for the 3 pajamas in ordered and only sending 1 pair. I want a refund for $68 for items I did not receive

I have been a loyal customer of Mia Belle for many years and spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on their clothing for my girls. Sadly, the quality has really gone down hill. After just one wash the clothing looks years old and raggy. It's also not always as pictured, especially the shoes. My biggest issue is the HORRIBLE customer service. They cannot be bothered with you! You are treated like absolute garbage! I placed an order on 9/3/24 for 2 Halloween costumes and all their accessories and it was a big order. The website stated, "SHIPS NEXT DAY." After almost 3 weeks waiting I emailed customer service inquiring about my order and was told it was delayed and will arrive soon. I had a scheduled photo shoot and needed the costumes and only ordered them due to their "SHIPS NEXT DAY" advertisement. I asked for my order to be cancelled as I now had to order elsewhere and was told it couldn't be cancelled and I can return it when it arrives. After SEVEN WEEKS the items came. I returned immediately and eventually they issued me a gift card. Refused to refund my original payment method. I have spent the last MONTH trying to get help. They have no phone numbers at all. DOZENS of emails go unanswered and the facebook messages are a joke. This company is awful and lost a very loyal customer. I write this review to warn everyone so no one ever has to go through what I have. Shame on this company! Lastly, wanted to mention how sad their shipping is. I ordered two pairs of $70 boots that were put loose in a plastic bag (no padding/tissue/boxes etc) all wrapped up with yellow packaging tape. The boots were all beat up and damaged. You wait WEEKS for items for that arrival! Do not waste your time with this company and find one that actually values their customers!

I ordered 3 sets of pink candy cane pajamas and paid in full. I received an email that said our items are not in stock. They would send them when they arrive. That was over a month ago. I have emailed and emailed with no response from the company. I either want the pajamas or my money back. This is a terrible scam company. They stole my money.

Fraudulent Business - No Customer Service

I have $150+ of Mia Belle Girls gift cards issued last year expiring in just two weeks, and when I went to use them on the website on Aug 17th, 2024, it says "Enter a valid discount code or gift card". They do not work! I emailed cs at miabellebaby.com on Aug 17th, 2024 and still have not received any response as of Aug 22,2024. The phone number listed on the Facebook page is out of service, and there is no phone number or chat on the website. I only have the gift cards because the orders didn't arrive on time last year, and I had to return the items. Mia Belle Girls is nothing but a scam because they have issued me invalid gift cards and do not respond to emails.

I ordered an Elsa outfit and wand, The site didn't list the fabric or country of origin, but I wasn't concerned if I was not satisfied with the product since underneath the item it said "free returns." There was no disclaimer so I assumed "free returns" referred to exchanges, credits and refunds. There was a list of excluded items that included Halloween costumes, but since this item said it could be used as a Halloween costume as well as listing other purposes (and I ordered it in July so it was clearly not for Halloween), I assumed that meant it was not included as an excluded "Halloween costume," especially since it specifically said "free returns." As far as the wand, there was a list of items that were not eligible for returns that included accessories, but they listed examples of accessories as hats, jewelry, socks, tights. Since the wand was nothing like the wearable examples, I did not assume it was considered an excluded accessory. I received the items and both were from China. I was concerned since clothing and toys have tested positive for harmful chemicals so I opted to take advantage of the "free return." Both items were rejected. They told me that the outfit WAS considered a Halloween costume so it could not be refunded, and the wand was considered an accessory so it could not even be returned for credit. Any credit would be useless for me anyway since I had no trust in this company after this transaction. I have disposed of the items and filed formal complaints against this company for misleading advertising. Very unfortunate.

I ordered a Christmas outfit on 12/10. Received email saying it doesn't ship until 12/15. No problem. On 12/15 received email stating this item won't be shipped until Dec 31st. That sucks. Then the email said 1/4. Here I am, Jan 8, no outfit. No Christmas outfit, that I no longer need. I left comments on their Facebook posts and they blocked me instead of addressing the issue.

I'm here to complaint on Mia Belles customer service or lack of customer service.
I submitted a return request on a pair of shoes that were too small even though I sized up as advised on their website. I was never emailed the shipping label to return the shoes. It's been over 10 days and still no reply to a number of emails I have sent them.
I made the mistake of referring Mia Belle to friends and family, now I will make sure to tell everyone to stay away!

Clothes manufacturing

I received my order today, I thought this clothing was made in the USA and that I was supporting American made products. To my surprise the tags all say made in China, and to hand wash everything after use. How disappointing. Thank God I didn't pay full price. The quality is not to my expectations especially if I can't hand wash.
The photos online are deceiving.
If I could rate zero I would but I wasn't given that choice. The cardigan looks nothing like the photo on line. None of this clothes does.

We apologize for the delay and lack of response to your emails during our busiest time of the year. Records indicate the items were purchased as Preorder now - Ships around December 9th. The manufacturer shipped the items in December to us, and the system changed the status to Ships Next Day based on the tracking provided by the manufacturer. The package was then held in customs for an extended period of time that we did not anticipate, and the style was not received until 12/26 and started shipping out 12/27/2023 to open orders. We received your email on 12/23 to cancel the orders that were open / unshipped, and we proceeded to cancel orders that were not shipped yet. The two orders were refunded in full.

We apologize that we could not satisfy your pre-order items in time for the holidays, and confirm the two orders were canceled and refunded in full.

This is far from the experience we expect to provide, and understand your frustrations with our company. We would certainly be upset just as you are.

We are at the mercy of the manufacturer and the shipping companies / customs when it comes to the arrival and shipping of pre-order items, and we are very sorry we could not fulfill your order in time.
