Microsoft is an absolute $#*!ing disaster of a company. Their software is riddled with bugs and glitches, their updates are a $#*!ing nightmare, and don't even get me started on the $#*!ing customer service. You'd have better luck getting blood from a goddamn stone than getting any real help from those useless $#*!s. And let's not forget about their products. $#*! Microsoft Office, that $#*! is so overpriced and clunky, it's a $#*!ing wonder anyone can get any work done using that garbage. Oh, and don't even get me started on Windows. That operating system is a cluster$#*! of epic proportions. It crashes more often than a drunk driver on a Saturday night, and half the time you can barely even get it to $#*!ing boot up. $#*! Microsoft and everything they stand for. They are a $#*!ing scourge on the tech industry and I hope they burn in hell for all eternity.

Yes you read that review right. It is of course Microsoft. I do like Xbox and Their Computers but they ruin everything. One time one of their employees didn't know what windows 98 was and said there was no windows 98 which is just weird but funny.

The fact that I just had to enter a bunch of very personal information to recover my account, received a code to another email etc and I still can't even set the new password? This is ridiculous, felt very invasive, and was ultimately completely unhelpful. I'm literally just trying to create an account to something else entirely, so I can do schoolwork, and now I'm on a whole other mission. This is the dumbest system I've ever experienced, and I wish that that was a joke.

They know the amount of updates that end up breaking the entire system. Windows Update KB 4 5 6 5 5 0 3 to now WSL2 still doesn't work properly without the user intervention, uninstall programs that Microsoft forces you to install.

Xbox are discriminating me and stealing my cash and what I mean by this is they make you pay for your gamer tag and then take it off you in a few years time and I'm not on about the free ones they give you this was paid for by me and I've had that name for many years and they've took it off me so now I have to pay for new one even tho other people have the same gamer tag i just got taken off me I feel violated and discriminated it's disgusting all these years on Xbox and their doing that it's unbelievable but it's true I wouldn't advise anyone to get an Xbox as even the games are buggy and don't work properly they just take your money and give you crappy games that don't even work properly and even trying to contact them about issues it's like finding a needle in a hay stack. XBOX ARE DELETING THIS POST EVERY TIME and have now blocked me from speaking to anyone or getting a call back or posting about this. I wouldn't be taking the time out of my day to write this if it wasn't true and for people saying it's their right to take it off under TOS it's not and we could argue and argue but I have the pictures and proof it's not in violation of any of the rules. But people will always try and say differently until the day comes when it happens to you then you'll care but we need to rise up together and put all these complaints into action they delete all the bad stuff and keep all the stuff that makes their company look good when it's not please people help spread this and get them taken down a notch from them thinking they can do anything and get away with it do you really want them in your society and for your children to get into this

How am I supposed to get my account released reinstalled if you claim it's compromised and the form you tell us to fill out keeps getting sent to me with a notice saying that you are unable to assist me at this time and I need to fill out another Form and try to put all of the information to the best of my ability however you can only do two forms at Max a day both forms every time get denied for me even though I put all of the security questions because I'm looking at my Samsung passkey that has all of the answers how in the world is a multi-billion dollar company doing this to so many people and telling us to follow this link complete this form this is the only way this is the only way humans can make the system but only AI can help you fix it only AI can help you fix it only AI can help you fix it fill out this form submit fill out this form submit you can only do two forms a day we cannot help you sorry your account is lost it is compromised due to someone trying to get into your account it is compromised blocked goodbye that's it that's all you guys say I'm losing my job my clients and that's all you guys have to say fill out this form. This type of issue can cause medical problems brought on by the stress of all of this. You need to fix your system. This is horrible.

You need to have a phone number where you can help people instead of just a chat function because my mom is struggling to help fix a problem with her Microsoft account. She can't do that because her computer is so old it gets jammed up doesn't type properly and it gets stuck in the chat closes and then she has to do it all over again.

I have seen their recent update that was back in the previous month where they are trying to expierement with the embedding of their own "chatgpt", don't remember how it's called, but it serves as a help for a user which can literally do everything for you.
Recent times microsoft started to delight me by the updates, earlier there were dry security updates and some minor fixes, but now it seems to me they are really doing their best to deliver quality solution.

Microsoft is the biggest cancer on the Internet.I opened an account for my grandson so he could play Xbox then I can't open it or log in to it.They change passwords frequently.I tried to log into my microsoft account of course I can't log in to change password.If there's a possibility to bye a computer with out microsoft do it.I cannot uninstall microsoft edge out my computer.It will only let me"modify"it if you do try to modify it it turns around and reinstalls microsoft in your system.I wish I knew how to stop this infestation it make me want to smash my lap top and just use my phone.MICROSOFT IS A CANCER.!

If i could give this a rating of 0 i would because i payed 8 $#*!ing dollars for a realm that doesn't even work. It told me it has to create this $#*! and it hasn't and i've been trying to get it to work since $#*!in thomas edison invented the lightbulb. I'm so done. I wish bill gates was never born.

Stole a $40 game from me

Microsoft is straight up garbage these days. After spending three years hospitalized I was really looking forward to getting home and playing Minecraft again, I went through the "migration" process they insisted I do for a game I supposedly owned, but now that I'm ready to play it's simply evaporated. I can now no longer play it the way I used to so Microsoft is no doubt hoping I'll buy it again, but they can go to hell. Of course there's no way to contact anyone because they offer zero customer service. Garbage company.

Microsoft needs to come back to reality. When people need help. That means they need a real person to help. My son has had an account for years and a lot of games. We by a new xbox one and this crap happens. Can't log in,can't remember password. Then their recovery crap. Not useful. We put in all the correct information to be told it is not sufficient. We'll microsoft your so called help is not sufficient. Sad that you could not be real with the help and allow us to talk with real human people that knows how to run your system crap.

I used to find Microsoft to be a useful tool. I do not like that I am forced to get updates I don't want that cause me many more hours of work. I can't even find my documents without an hour or more of searching. Microsoft changes their terminology that I don't understand. FRUSTRATING! An annual fee makes much more sense than forcing us to buy updates we do not like or want. I have 365. Would rate 0 if available!

Microsoft's Edge has never appealed to me and I've never used any of its features. Their system is not desired by me because its not as people friendly as the google formats.
I hate forceful sales tactics because I usually, at 75 years old, know what I want to buy.
Currently, I can not access my PC because MS refuses my user ID/PASSWORD that I've had for years. This feels as if I'm under a dictorship.
At my age, A.I. MAKES MY HEAD H U R T!...My desire is to find a means to get MS completely out of my PC sytem.
It is totally disgusting that humans seldom can be spokento in this country that is venturing away from American values as have been the founndation of what used to be America The Beautiful.
My stomach turns...

I received support from Microsoft Support person called Ejiro Ewhubare.

It was taking up to 1 minute for me to create a new MS Word document with a message displayed "Contacting Server"

Ejiro directed me to go to Regedit and to rename the Key "Outlook" to Outlook.old

Since then I have been unable to use Outlook and all my settings have been lost.

My archive.pst file is over 25 GB in size, and it looks like it has wiped it from my computer and is now downloading all the emails over the past 15 years from the server.

In retrospect I should never have taken the action that he directed me to do.

But I assumed he knew what he was doing, and could simply change back the settings that he told me to change.

Now I can't contact customers as I don't have access to the past email conversations that we have had.

This would never happen with Apple support.

Do Microsoft not care about the training or experience of the support people, or thee damage they can do to their customer's business?

I purchased credit for my 11 year old daughter on her Microsoft account. However we were unable to use the credit on her account. I contacted Microsoft and spent over 1 ½ hours on the chat… eventually spoke to the manager…. But was informed that Microsoft will not refund the money. There is no honesty in this company… no caring for their customers… no sense of 'doing the right thing'. Even the support person knew and agreed that what I was requesting was a very reasonable request for a refund under the circumstances. The money was sitting in my daughter's Microsoft account… not being used. But they said that Microsoft policy was not to refund the money. Please listen to the overwhelming number of reviews. Go to Apple where you will be treated with care and respect. Where if a user makes a mistake… and changes their mind about an order… the money is promptly refunded. Microsoft just point blank refuse to refund the money… which is a very short termed and close minded way of dealing with customers.
