Everytime I sign in the page never loads, my xbox was recently stolen and I just want to get on my account long enough to get my serial number, sign out of xbox live, get my account and credit card info off the system, etc but your company is so garbage that you dont even have customer service I can call

I wish I could give 0 stars for the atrocious customer disservice I am receiving from Microsoft. I have been trying to get assistance to gain access to my microsoft with 365 Basic Business subscription. I was put on hold for over 3 hours in their business support queue. I never received any help, the hold music cut out at the 3hr mark and I was forced to give up as their system clearly isnt designed to keep people on hold for 3 hours. But their automated support is directing me to initiate a support request in the admin center to receive a callback, even though I cannot access the admin center as I do not have the account credentials and have exhausted all means of self-help for account recovery on the Microsoft support website. The two human beings I have managed to speak to at Microsoft on the "home" support side were both unable to help me, and unable to direct me to anyone who can.I have been told over and over again to try troubleshooting in ways that I had already done before contacting Microsoft for support. This is insanity!
It sucks - pure & simple! Not easy to use. For example, saving docs with One Drive is confusing and frustrating! Also, you used to be able to access many different fonts when creating a doc; now you have to have a subscription to access most of them. As if Bill Gates doesn't have enough money!

I was gifted an xbox 20 years ago and have stuck by it since, despite buying 3 xbox 360's and the relentless garbage windows puts out. Enough is enough, you buy from them and they never learn. There are better developers out there. If we stop patronizing them then new companies that they are blocking have a chance, and nothing could be worse than what we have now.
I was charged for an Xbox live account since January when i never bought it. It took me 2 hours to get into contact with somebody about this issue and an hour to resolve it.

Unbelievable. For months I have been trying to gain access to my xbox live account.If you change your phone number you will never get access to your account again. Over and over I have filled out a multiple page application that takes weeks for them to respond to. The whole time they will continue to charge you fore your subscription that you have no access to. Unbelievably greedy!
My Xbox Series X continuously disconnects from ANY Xbox controller I try to connect to it. It's come to a point where I can't even use the Xbox because there is a constant connectivity issue. I am furious my husband and I waisted $500 on a console that we can't even use and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone from Microsoft to fix this issue. It seems many people are having the same issue and Microsoft is doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Talk about under valuing your customers. We can a the issue fixed, or a refund. And after seeing how this company chooses to treat their customers, we will not be buying anymore Microsoft products.
Microsoft agreed to replace my Surface Laptop Studio when it couldn't be fixed. I was told to return my Surface, and they would send a replacement when it was received. At first I was thrilled they would replace the computer. However, the promised replacement was never delivered. Microsoft's staff refused to help me with recovering the package and stopped communicating with me. Now, they have my old computer, I have no replacement, and I'm out $1,600.00. I've filed a complaint with my state's attorney general's office, and hopefully I'll get my money back. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen. Stay far away from this company.
Microsoft has no problem talking me to sell me products but if you need them they are awful. Let 2 rquests for a phone call when my word docs just disappeared, both times I was actually holding my phone and calls went right to voicemail, never rang! So looks like they tried to call me but really just sent a voicemail!
The electronic Microsoft customer service is the worst ever. The chat feature is extremely inefficient. You can not get a quick answer to questions about spam or what you might think is a fraud request from Microsoft. The leadership really needs to do more management by walking around. I am sure the leadership doesn't know what Management by walking around is, so just google ot.

Tried to reset password, they REFUSE TO RESPOND to my reset request. Went online, want me to log in with password THEY NO LONGER RECOGNIZE. REFUSE TO RESPOND TO RESET REQUEST. Tried calling. Go online, to the USELESS WEBSITE I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR TWO WEEKS NOW. REFUSE TO RESPOND TO RESET REQUEST. Try another method. Enter phone number. "That number not associated with a microsoft account."

Answer: Well my first impression is I'm surprised you say you have a college degree. You didn't mention if it's a BA, or BFA, but either degree requires the ability to spell and use grammar correctly. This isn't a school room, but for a college grad to post their thoughts on a public forum that is at a high school level is (if you are a college grad), a sad commentary on our educational system. As for Microsoft being garbage, I do agree. It started out great and Gates encouraged employees to think outside the box, try EVERYTHING and give the product's organization feedback, which made the company number 1 with office software. But, starting with Steve telling employees it's a "terminable" offense to have a Rim phone, makes no sense. But that's the philosophy now, under no circumstances Challenge our products. Don't give us feedback on our app's, just tell us they are better than anyone else's! I remember when MSN pushed Microsoft employees to go to their internal site that has MSN on one side of the UI and Google.com on the other side. The purpose was to CHALLENGE MSN. Try both together then forward your thoughts. The intent was 1. Let Microsoft know where MSN lacks so that 2. They could make it GREAT. Unfortunately, many versions later MSN didn't figure out how to make an awesome search engine and Google is still the King, but that's how Microsoft became great, Challenging their products. Now they're really losing credibility and the public is pivoting to Apple and Open Source.
