I ended up losing some crypto to a scam site. The site looked legit with its professional vibe and good reviews, so I went ahead and transferred a decent amount of money. A few days later, I figured out it was all a scam, and I lost everything without any support to help me out. In my search for assistance, I reached out to a company that focuses on recovering cryptocurrency. With their expertise, I managed to get back all the funds I had lost.

I can say that Miners Depo has surprised me in how fast and timely their customer service is…you wouldn't expect to get answers almost all day and every day, weekends and all…as important, its not a bot or lip service, they tell you they are going to get something done and they do.

I was very pleased with the overall experience of buying from Miners Depo. I was a bit leery of the process since there are so many online charlatans ready to 'take the money and run' but I can honestly say that Miners Depo treated me very well. There was a brief issue with the delivery company but it was quickly resolved with a couple of 'back and forth' emails with Miners Depo. Thank you for a good experience.

They responded to emails originally, paid close to ******* usd for 5 S19 XP's via BTCpay and now can't access my account, they wont respond to emails and I am not expecting to see anything... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Standard for customer service in the crypto mining industry. Purchased over 7 asic miners to date, started as a novice with 2 asics. Knowledgeable about all aspects. I will be doing business with miners depo going forward.

The prices are very reasonable and worth the investment for the quality products. Instead of investing in s**t coin I prefer purchasing ASIC miners and trust me this is the best option in this market!

I'm very pleased with my purchase, we went in their office collect the order ourselves.
We bought 10 units of KD6's, the units are perfect, great folks here too.

These guys are the best. They only answer tickets Monday through Friday though but other than that, shipped my order very fast and delivery took about 5 days.

If you open a very specific support ticket (don't group multiple issues into one ticket) they are very responsive and super friendly. I got my miner back online in less than 24h.

I'm new to crypto in general... and completely new to mining. My mining adviser from Miners Depo walked me through everything and was extremely responsive to any questions I had. This is an incredible service even for the most novice miner trying to get in the game.

Honestly can't tell how reliable miners depo has been so far. Yes, they did have some hiccups in the beginning which is normal for a company that went from 0 to 100 over night but they're support staff usually responds quick and are active on email which is really great if you need instant answers.
