I bought a watch for my son and I have been trying to get it to work for 3 months now. Have written to customer service but the responses I get are not in relation to the question. Have asked the product to be refunded and have not heard for a month now. Tried the password recovery process and have not received the email for 2 weeks. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this site to anyone. I cannot show proof of purchase as I cannot login to my account. Another ploy to avoid the issue... I wonder.

See the shoes photos after less than 8 hour use. They are still selling it. It was sold before on LightInthebox and now on this site (probably a parent company). LightInthebox would not refund. I do not need their money anymore but want to make sure that people know that this company is a SCAM.

Ordered a mens 3 pocket vest size M, with tan 'leather like' buttons.
Received an item marked 'Womans Blazer'.
No pockets (a top pocket flap/false pocket).
Hot pink buttons, (yes, hot pink).
Clearly a womans garment (check the breast pleats).
I take a size M - L, This was way too big (I have a friend who is size XL... this was too big for him).
I understand one must allow for size / colour discrepancies, but there is way too much difference from what I ordered, to the item that arrived.
Company makes it quite difficult for returns / refunds.
Lesson learnt. I won't purchase from this company again.

1. I offered 5 or 6 clothes, two of them I offered equal T-shirts for my twins (size L), but Miniinthebox sent to me 1L and 1 XXL. I sure it was because they push to costumers some clothes that they was made but they can't sale for long time (big sizes etc.). 2. The clothes look very pretty on the pictures, but in real it is not the same - material is cheap and thin. 3. The site is Chinise but they don't write it in the contact profile in the site. It mean you paid further taxes if you live in EU - duty increase 2 times the price. 4. You must print and fill some formularies about your offer and then the duty zone will admit the clothes arrive to you.
There are some good things about the site: The clothes arrived fast - 1-2 weeks after the offer. The correspondence by the email is exact - the documents for paid prices are exact and they are necessary to present in duty office.

I ordered an item paid by Visa then received an email from them asking me if I wanted to pay for my item in the cart it was already paid for I sent them 3 emails asking for someone to get back to me that I had proof I paid for it and still haven't received a reply and cant find a phone number to reach them. I ordered a men's vest from Mini In The Box. I normally take a size XXL, but always order my vest a size larger (XXXL) so I can wear a sweatshirt under them. The vest I ordered from Mini In The Box says XXXL on it, but it is so small there is a 4 to 5 inch gap between the zippers when I put it on.
I have several vest in XXXL from different U.S. stores, all fit me loose with plenty of room to wear a heavy sweatshirt under them.
I will never order anything from Mini In The Box again. There products are not as advertised!

I purchase a Halloween costume from Miniinthebox on the 3rd of October expecting delivery at worst on the far side of the shipping margin (6 - 15 days). Unfortunately, I saw Halloween without the costume I'd planned to wear and as it hasn't arrived I requested and expected a refund. Three times I have sought a refund only to be told to wait. Until the 4th of December. As a company supplying costumes it must come as no surprise this was for Halloween and not to wear eating my Xmas dinner. I have had to resort to initiate a reclaim process through my bank as the have no intention of refunding my money. Don't go near this bunch of charlatans. I'll provide reviews for poor customer service, they should have done better.

Mini in the box. Says it all. And it's the box they live in. Totally oblivious of how normal buisines works. Hence the reviews. We are so used to these days, next day delivery lol. So when you order from m. I. b. You get a bit of a shock when it doesn't arrive promptly. And it gets your back.so complaints are made and made but doesn't solve your issue, makes things worce if anything. So not knocking them yet just pointing out how it can effect you. Especially when the product you want, will be of high quality from m. I. b. And at the lowest price you can get it. I couldn't be more diplomatic if I tried. If it's something you really want and prepared for wait with food fashions etc then buy it definitely. But if your after something that you can't wait for. It might be better of finding it someware else. I would give m. I. b. 6 stars for quality and price. But 1star overall, because I think they are missing a trick not combining quality at low cost with a realistic delivery service. Here's a suggestion for m. I. b. You agree you reviews are no good and will eventually shrink your buisiness. As you know more and more people check the reviews before they even consider buying it. Order processing takes more time than it should. Even during order processing I had to contact customer service. You can't actually track ordered items is there is no information. What customer can understand from "At a pick up point, USA" or any other country? Customer service gives you same answer for all the issues - We try to resolve an issue. Do Not Use, is the clearest warning I can give. After ordering a reborn doll, we received a poor plastic doll with a material body nothing like what was advertised. The cost was £72 + £25 P&P but when the parcel arrived in the UK we were hit with a £32.50 charge from DHL because it came from China and P&P was to be paid by receiver. After contacting customer complaints, we were offered 40% refund(£28) or 60% to use on their website(no chance of that), I stressed that the refund was not a fair offer and asked a manager to review, the payment was made into our account anyway. This company should come with a warning "Not As Advertised". They are only a middle man not a legitimate shopping experience
