I had very very very highly highly terrible experience with Mirraw. Their service is extremely poor. They dont know how to talk to customers. I had to follow up for my refund like ages! Everyday i will call and I will be assured that, they will update me within 24 hrs, its like for the same issue, the resolution time is 24 hrs on my daily call but no updates! They just keep on generating the automated emails with no clue to the real issue. I can say BEWARE OF MIRRAW! VERY VERY PATHETIC!

I bought a saree and 3 salwar from this site, Saree is very poor quality not even good to wear it. The image they put looked so good. And all salwar they stitched didn't even match the image they put. Linings are too small, and neck stitched one side high and other side low. Legs one fit and other leg i can even wear it. Lining is too short that you cant even wear the salwars. Don't waste your money don't buy. This site is too cheap.

I was just checking some suits from the website and added some items to the cart just to check the total.It placed my order right away without confirming my phone number or mail id.

This is not how an e commerce website should be working.

Unfortunately I had given my home address correctly but luckily I chose COD option.
As soon as I realized my order had been accidentally placed I called the customer service and cancelled the order. They sent me a mail confirming my cancellation.

After a week I hear from my mother that a package has come, they have made the payment and accepted the package.

Mirraw is just trying to get money out of you. They are very very unprofessional, very bad website and totally unethical people.

Now, I've to ask my parents who are very aged to take all the hassles of returning just to get my money back. I live in US and my parents are in India. I don't even the quality of the products but I am pretty sure that its going to very poor and unlike the photos they have shown.

Everyone is offering free returns and now I've to not only give my back details to them which I do not find comfortable, have to go through all the hassles of returning, keeping track of the return package.

I've attached the copies of mails just to make everyone aware of kind of the people they are.
Please never ever buy anything from here. I'd never shop from here ever in my life.It is just a waste of your hard earned money and your time.

It has been over 5 weeks and still no response on whether my package has been shipped. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER. I have contacted VISA directly, complained about your company and they have refunded my money back. DO NOT SEND THE PACKAGE TO US ANYMORE.

The only responses I seem to get are saying that "we will update you" over and over again. This is ridiculous. Learn how to run a business.

I giving 1star coz this is very bad website and their customer services is very poor. They not responding emails professionally.
When I ordered one order they made three order. I got shipment after 1month when I placed my order. Some dresses are not like they are saying at website. I don't know how? Without confirmation they send me same onther order to my home. I let them know I didn't order but they send me that shipment. After that they said me ship them back and they will refund me shipping cost.the cost is $97.13.its about 2 month but they didn't refund me. Also I gave the shipping receipt. I sent so many email and they keep telling me within 2days, some time saying within 48 hrs, sometimes saying with a 4 to 5 days.its very cheap and unresponsive customer service. They promise with their customer and not completed. Where is their honesty? However I don't know they will refund me or not.
I recommended don't purchase with those kind of cheapest, dishonest and unresponsive websites.

I have ordered for two sarees on 3rd october, Order Number: M*******, but later requested to change the 2nd saree. They wrongly sent me the one I've already received which I promptly returned, Now they have not yet returned the payment made for the second saree & the courier charges and every time I ask about it, they are giving false promises to return the same. How long should I wait for the money which I have instantly paid online as COD is not available here.Its already one month. Pathetic service.

I have always been hearing complains about the bad quality of online shopping, therefore, I reluctant to buy online, but today when I saw your dresses, I could not stop myself to put it in my cart, not one suite, rather several suites, then I thought, if the quality is not good, then I will loose my money, therefore, I delete all dresses and still want to keep two outfits. Since, I am giving the information of my credit card, I want to make sure that this site is safe, secondly, I want to know your refund policy, if I am not satisfied with your product. Please response me by email, so that I would replace the order right now with satisfaction.
