I signed up for this, not knowing what to expect. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with every delivery. The items I received were all great quality and to be honest, I probably use 90% of them! If youre on the fence, just do it, I promise you wont regret it.
You will not be disappointed with this box. I gave it to my daughter in-law to be starting a year before the wedding. They came every 2 months leading up to the wedding and each item in the box was so fitting for where they were in planning, showers etc.
My first box was a surprise and had some many little items such as cups, journal, pen and t- shirt to name a few! Excited for my next box to help me on my journey to a perfect wedding.
They don't address the problem or issue that you message about only the parts they want to focus on not the fact that they never sent the product you paid for just that your not letting more payments continue or go through since you never received product or tracking or anything helpful when you reach out they only want to focus on payment and helping you cancel they do not want to help with the fact they never sent what was paid for originally or help with providing tracking etc. terrible customer service and experience
I received my first box a couple of months ago and all of the products were really high quality. I loved all of them and they were packaged well and well presented. The process to set up was really easy and the help team are really quick to respond to any queries. Can't wait for my next one!
