DO NOT USE THIS BOOST SERVICE! They want to start my order in 24 hours which is too long for me and when I asked for refund they refused to process it right away saying they need to wait 3-7 days for "refund without any reason" while I clearly gave them reason for being too long (I understand if the refund process takes 3-7 days after cancellation, but this is the first time in my life I have encountered a company that needs to wait for days to process cancellation). I ended up asking my credit card company for refund and realized I actually had issue with them back in 2023 but forgot about it. I made a mistake by trying to use this garbage scam company again.

I can see other people's concern with their orders and refund process in trustpilot. They just ghost you until you contact CS in the website or make it really hard to cancel/refund. The positive reviews are probably new account created themselves to boost the rating.

I paid for behavior score boosting, but the first booster they assigned dropped my behavior score by 800 points instead of improving it. After multiple boosters failed, I asked them to switch my order to MMR boosting for the same price and requested extra MMR as compensation for the damage, but they refused. When I requested a refund, they made me wait a whole week while still "boosting" my account. During this time, my MMR passed 8500, which locks your account name permanently. Unfortunately, the booster changed my account name to a stupid, permanent name I cannot fix. Steam support confirmed the name cannot be changed, and when I tried to get help from the boosting company, their support was rude, called me a scammer, cursed me, and then blocked me on Discord, cutting off all communication. They ended the order without fixing anything, refused to compensate me fairly, and left me with a ruined account and no way to reach them. This service is a scam and extremely unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs if you care about your Dota 2 account.

They gave me a time window for the duo boost, then they started telling me that it was a time zone barrier, then they blamed their assistant, they basically failed to organize a single boosting service.

I paid for MMR Boost with duo queue and had to chase the person to help me to boost.
The person who was going didnt show so I sent an email to the website and didnt have a reply finally I was able to start the program the pro player lost 3 games that reduce my MMR and next day didnt contact me. I asked for refund and they told me they can only pay 50% in in spite that my MMR got decreased and had only one session so far. The company provide assistance on their website John service is very helpful. It's sad that other members on that website dont have same quality standard.
I select that company due the high review rate on this website but on my personal case It was not great The Company told me that I would receive 50% of my total payment in the next 4 hours.
I confirmed they refund half of my payment.
I summary I lost MMR and lost half of the payment service. Don't recommend to use this service

Very trustworthy services, I was a little skeptical at first but the service is great and at a great price. I really appreciated their help.

I placed an order for the Battle Cup and had confirmed with two individuals that it was feasible. However, despite placing the order, nobody took action on it. After some time had passed, a person apologized and admitted to mistaking the order for a calibration request, even though the order clearly indicated that it was for the Battle Cup. Unfortunately, this error caused significant disappointment and frustration as it disrupted my plans for the week-long event.

You guys are doing great. I just placed an order from 2200 to 3500 and it was done within 7 days. Extremely fast service and booster was OP. Played so well.
