They just want to keep your money. Their customer service team is a mess and a scam. They are the most unhelpful people I've ever spoken to.
I ordered a pair of Yeezy boots, got them and they were worn, like really worn. Scuffed, scratched and obviously not new! I went back to the sit to check if maybe it said used, and it did not. I could never purchase from them again because I don't trust I'll get what I'm actually buying.
So u don't get stuck with dress or what ever u orered. Go to your credit card online put in shipping code u will get a refund bk. I sent it to cable it came from Irvin. I was not stuck did pay 11$ 4 shipping but hey note stuck with a 152 dress. Worst company ever never buy from them. I out started them. Lucky I got my money back.

Horrific customer service and unclear return policies during sale. They just want to keep your money. Do not trust this site. Would not advise buying here over ShopBop or Revolve. I've had much better experiences at other places.

I don't know if they are on the verge of bankruptcy or what but I have never had my credit card charged, and several weeks later the company refuses to answer customer service calls and refuses to ship items I paid for. This is called fraud! Who has time to call them 15 times to get your items or a refund? Shop elsewhere.
Much useful one for lot of people which will be uses everyone if they try noone will comment bad because it is so much good one so try this.
I find it incredible that not only they provide worst service, they take pride and fail to give you a solution.
They are obnoxious and the customer becomes last.
After giving them a second chance after a year of failing to deliver and having to contact them 4 times to locate my order because the stock actually comes from the US, hence why you must wait for 2 weeks minimum, their service is decadent. Nothing has improved, their emails are vague and no option to even cancel the order if you no longer wish to wait that long.

Worst worst worst site! I placed and order 3 weeks ago and didn't receive it yet. Called every day for status and no one had answers. Finally after 3 weeks they told me nothing is in stock. Never order from here!
The worst customer service ever. I've waited two weeks to get the shipping confirmation and then they've cancelled the purchased with no reason two days before I needed the product.
I placed my order hoping that i will receive my order 3-5 buisness days... after 7 days of waiting i called them, to be told that they have not even send it out and they are sorry but they have too many orders... it happened now 2 time in 1 month,,,,, last time i received my order 2 weeks... they should say that they delivery time is 14 days not 3-5 business days... afcorse if they say that, they would loose most of they customers...
