I've been burned a couple of times purchasing products online. In this era, I guess we all have at least once. I was seeking a particular nutrient for my orchard and I found Monster Gardens. Many other sellers claimed to have what I wanted but when push came to shove, they didn't have what I needed.
However, at Monster Gardens I found a breath of fresh air. They shipped exactly what I ordered and very quickly.
I'm a long time vendor on eBay and an occasional buyer. So I recognize reputable dealers immediately and I plan on buying much more in the future from Monster Gardens.

Order was very delayed. Did not receive a tracking # and had to contact them to find out it was never shipped! Finally got my order after a long delay. Dont shop here if you expect prompt delivery or communication.

They had a product that was selling out as it no longer being made. Instead of jacking the price up to rob people they left the proces the same.
Product received in vey timely manner. Instructions could be better for use. I needed read through them multiple times to avoid making any mistakes with the testing process. Also it could be clearer when you would want to test for plant or product.
