The page offers images of products with unparalleled beauty, and although the delivered product is still a good quality product, and similar to the one offered, it is not entirely the same.
Unfortunately a ring of mine, which was a gift, had broken after a short time wearing it. I contacted Moon Magic to see what could be done. Unfortunately, but understandably it came under wear and tear but Inna, who I spoke to, was absolutely amazing and really helped me out during a super stressful time. They understood that it wasn't JUST a ring, it was sentimental, they went above and beyond to make sure they could do as much as they could to help & was always really quick with responses. Really grateful to Inna for all of your help, I really appreciate it so so much. Thanks again.

Purchased some earrings and after 5 months the stones fell out of the setting. Contacted moon magic who said it was outside their warranty even though they offer a 2 year warranty across the entire range. All they offered me was a 20% voucher to be spent within 3 months. Avoid this company at all costs. Their warranty means nothing and they don't care about their customers at all

Terrible quality for the price. The hoop and stone feels incredibly cheap. This product is $55 but it looks like it would be $10 at most.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, one of my pieces came broken, and they were very fast in response to resolve it. I also needed to exchange the other piece I bought for a bigger size, and their process for that is very easy. The pieces in person are absolutely beautiful, I can't wait to get my replacement!

I'm so glad to have found Moon Magic. Their jewellery is so well made and breathtaking. In childhood, I read a wonderful book about a prince of the Lordly Ones who wore a moonstone ring in order to pass between the human and fairie worlds, it caught my imagination, and ever since I've wished for one of my own. It's taken till now for me to find just what I've been looking for, and it's been worth the many years wait. The moonstone shimmers with pale blue, pink and white, and the diamonds sparkle beautifully in the gold setting. I can't stop looking at it. Moon Magic is definitely my go to jewellery site. I've got a couple of pieces from Moon Magic for myself such as a ring and earrings and absolutely satisfied with quality of jewelry pieces and the fact that I'm able to stay on budget.
