I have purchased few plugins and I will buy more of them that is for sure! Support is fast and really great! Also, plugins are life savers!

Their product are so great. They have elevated my business in the film industry. I am a lifetime customer.

I've been a use of their products for many many years, and left several hundred dollars with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The products of great quality, and where improvements are necessary, they always react quickly. Their support is top notch, so from a customer perspective, it couldn't be much better.

I normally don't give out 5 stars but aside from the great products, the customer service and quick assistance from MotionVFX is top class.

Ive been buying from motion VFX for years but it never fails when I jump on the new software train, I have so many bugs and glitches. To this day I haven't been able to successfully use the new m tracker engine without having so many glitches and bugs. So disappointed and tech support doesnt help. I mean they ask me to send over the project but I just don't have time to send projects over and wait around. I always end up using something else. I get so upset when I try and try and try following their tips and tricks and failure.

One issue setting the key points around the object and once you enter track data, they all jump out of the zone.

I had an issue with the title tracking plugin, where it was not tracking the footage. I reached out to MotionVFX through their app, and they got back to me very quickly (within 10 minutes).

They then proceeded to assist me in real time (chat), suggesting different things that might help fix the problem.

In the end, they helped me solve the problem on the spot. No back and forth. Real human assistance.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER

MotionVFX makes the best plug-ins for Final Cut Pro -- highest quality, easiest to manage with their installer/plug-in manager, don't crash, and such a wide variety of effects, elements, titles, coloring/looks, and templates, that you can really bring out the best in all your projects! I'm so glad they are making more plug-ins for DaVinci Resolve, as that is all I really need to make the switch!

I purchased a template for FCPX and for whatever reason, it would not load into the timeline, and when it did, either the lag was endless and I got the spinning wheel, or it'll just quickly load up, then quickly disappear. It was extremely frustrating to say the least. Anyways, I reached out to motioned customer service and I can't say how grateful I am for them taking the time to really help me resolve this issue. We went back and fourth over a span of like 6 or 7 days, trying to figure this out... and they did get me back up and running... they refused to give up on me... and that speaks volumes! I am so grateful to them for excellent care and customer service. It really means a lot.

Les produits sont mis à jour régulièrement et ne bugg jamais, contrairement aux produits d'autres sociétés, produits d'autres sociétés que je n'utilise plus. À ce jour, je n'ai jamais rencontré de problème d'adéquation avec Final Cut Pro. Parlons du support technique. Particulièrement réactif. Une petite histoire: en 2015 j'ai acheté un plugin qui ne m'a servi qu'une fois. Oubliant cet achat, je l'ai commandé à nouveau. Je me suis aperçu de mon erreur, j'en ai fait part au support qui m'a automatiquement rembourré, dans le cas précis échangé à ma demande par un produit que je devais acheter. Je sais que mon message peut sembler dithyrambique, mais il est le reflet de mon expérience. MOTIONVFX est une société avec à laquelle il est agréable de travailler. Pour finir des tutos toujours disponibles, et plaisants à regarder. Continuez comme cela en 2023 et après.

I wondered how many days/months/years I needed to reach top-tier youtubers/filmmakers in editing. This brilliant site and its plugins makes everything look so professional and so easy, while you focus on making the footage needed! I'm so happy I stumbled upon this amazing website at the time I was making my short documentary! And it works perfectly with Arabic. Can't recommend it enough, and the support team are pretty friendly and smart!

You get what you pay for, and even more considering how good and attentive their customer support is! From barely catching a sale promo to help with troubleshooting some plugins they have been more than awesome. I highly highly recommend them!

Uber customer service + professional VFX plugins and templates. MotionVFX has boosted my production value and quality well above my peers. I cannot imagine how MotionVFX could make complex VFX operate with such a simple intuitive interface, it's simply magical!
I have made effects on Apple Motion prior to using MotionVFX and it takes days if not weeks to create decent video effects. Any manual adjustments / modification to the custom effects would take hours to adjust, every adjustment is bleeding time and money.
MotionVFX plugins are so easy to customize and you can see the results in real-time. These plugins have saved me weeks of work on creating VFX for video.

If you consider the amount of time it takes to manually make the VFX in Apple Motion, MotionVFX plugins are invaluable in terms of cost and time savings for video production.

Uber professional service! MotionVFX support services has the fastest response I have ever had. My queries were responded within minutes and the support is from a real human!
With all the companies moving their support services to chat-bot and AI-bots, having the human touch when we have urgent issues makes me appreciate MotionVFX that much more.
