I initially bought the Video Editor. It worked like a charm for about 3 days then failed to load. No matter what I did to reinstall it never worked again. I created a trouble ticket then contacted the Movavi team through Facebook. They responded pretty quickly. Although they were never able to figure out why the video editor stopped working they did upgrade my licenses to the Video Suite 2020 which is working fine. I really do enjoy their software and its ease of use. Because of the technical issues they get 4 stars. If it was not for that they would have 5.

I tried there free version and loved it, so I bought the video editing plus 2020 unfortunately I uploaded the wrong one, I tried to get in touch with customer service with no luck BUT the guys on Facebook where awesome, they helped me sort it out,

They ripped me off. Movavi is total crap. It is a Russian company that will rip you off. I paid $76 and the software contained malware. DO NOT BUY ANY MOVAVI PRODUCTS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. The "support team" consists of an automated system which simply spews out advice to reload the product and self-help instructions which do not work. I complained on line dozens of times and they just send me another "thank you for your note. Look at the help page. Warm regards" eat$#*!anddie.

I downloaded the program one afternoon and had a professional looking 15 minute slideshow ready by 8 o'clock the next morning. I chose to build it myself rather than the easy route of letting Movavi do it all. My son coaches a girls golf team and needed it within four days. Movavi ease of use has given us plenty of time to proof it and revise or add photos. I can't wait to start on my next one to chronicle the butterfly nursery my granddaughter and I had when she was little! Very pleased with the program! I should probably mention to that I am using it on a nine-year-old iMac. The program has been responsive and not bogged down by my old machine. I also had a question today and received a response within minutes!

Legit trust the other reviews they are 100% right because im out $40 too. My initial problem? I watched the zoom in function only zoom out. So complained about problem, wanting refund - also the software was garbage and had nothing useful that suited my needs (and this is coming from a chick paying for video pad, the garbage but inexpensive editing software that is actually 8x better than this garbage). I also stated that it didnt suit my needs - whoops the return policy is an absolute JOKE and incredibly unproffesional? Ridiculous. Guess what video pad comes with? Screen recording option, neat. Movavi? Gotta buy more $#*! if you want that!
Anyways, function not working. Want to know how they responded? Said sorry and sent me A $#*!ING TUTORIAL FOR USING THE ZOOM FUNCTIONS i can't even make this up. Im not a $#*!ing monkey with a laptop. Yeah thats great movavi, but its broken. Whatever. Later, well send screenshots. Okay so I had already uninstalled the trash to have room for better garbage. Sorry bro ur trash is uninstalled. Oh well with no screenshot no help. Then listed things you can get a refund for. I was blamed for their product's problems because I "should've used the trial version". Let's get something straight here. No where on the goddamn https://www.movavi.com/videoeditor/ page does it specify that the trial version expires. No where. And guess what it did? Expired. Before I got into it because it was just installed on my laptop waiting and $#*!. Now tell me, how am I supposed to see what's what if the trial that isn't specified to expire expires? HMM? Absolute douche canoes these people are. Just an empty tunnel between their ears.
I'm 19. You think I got money to waste on trash? Hell no. Boycott the $#*! out of this business.

That's right the first thing you CANNOT request a refund for is NOT BEING SATISFIED WITH THE FEATURES (OR LACK THEREOF).

Well yeah their lack of features caused their product to be unusable for my project. You'd think any company with any ethics wouldn't WANT to keep someone's money who didn't use their product due to a lack of features - in fact maybe they would appreciate the feedback on the necessary features, refund the money, and hope to do better in the future.

Not Movavi, they basically tell you "welp i guess you should have built your whole project using the trial version so you would realize what a piece of junk our software is BEFORE buying it! DUMMY!"

So yeah, don't make my mistake, just skip the trial, skip the purchase, skip the frustrating attempt to get a refund for your $40 and use free iMovie or one of the many better video editing platforms.
